While initially requesting quotes from other photobooth companies, I was turned off by the sub par communication and unappealing product packages they offered. I almost didn't book a photobooth for our wedding because of the terrible experience. But after speaking with Vibrant Photobooth, I changed my mind and booked them right away. The ease of coordinating schedule, location, set-up, photo design, etc was well worth it. Planning any event can be hectic, but Vibrant Photobooth made things so simple. Their photobooth set up and props were great, and the photo design incorporated our wedding theme and hashtag. Most importantly, the photos came out AWESOME even in a dimly lit outdoor venue. She provides many upgrades that cater to Asian traditions like entrance photos that we definitely would have booked had our schedule not been so tight. She was amenable to design feedback for the printouts as well! The biggest plus was that her photobooth system allows photos to be retaken and the timer restarted!!! This is such a gamechanger since I totally understand people being anxious and not being ready. Another huge draw of QD booth over others was that it has a professional light (and not those ring light types) so that everyone is well lit up from above so no dim photos here! Lastly, she uses a camera in it so the quality of the images was so much better than other photobooths (the ipad kinds). The cherry on top is that the package includes a sequin wall, but we decided to use our own backdrop to keep with our theme. The day of, there was an unfortunate delay but she made up for it by extending the time so that we got the time that we paid for. Quynh was so kind and patient with all of our older Asian guests all night long, and my mom later praised her helpfulness and friendliness with a smile that put everyone at ease since many of our guests had never used a photobooth before! She has so so many wonderful props such as boba plushes, signs in Vietnamese, as well as our crowd's favorite: "dim sum daddy" LOL! From the start, Amber was very responsive and quickly answered all of my questions via email (sometimes several a day). They had some great props but also allowed us to supplement them with a few of our own to personalize it. During the reception, there was a little troubleshooting in the beginning but then they were churning out flipbooks. Our guests loved them and kept coming up to us and telling us how awesome it was. The best part of it for us, was getting the video montage of all our guests' flipbooks a few days later.

I got to chose the colors and format of the photo strip with Dina - all correspondence was done through email but she was always available to take my calls too. During the wedding, Roy was there the entire evening to help us out and took behind the scene photos, which were just as cool as their photo booth photos. I even got to make a welcome video for all my guests to see when they got in the booth. My friends said one of their favorite things at the wedding was the photo booth. Every time I looked at the booth during the wedding, there was a line of people waiting to get in. Even my sister, forever the skeptic, was hesitant about me "wasting" my money on a photo booth. But after the wedding, she said it was worth every penny! All the guests get one hard copy of their photo and have the option to email or Facebook their pics immediately after taking them. They can also leave video messages for the bride and groom. Almost immediately after the wedding, all our pictures were posted and everyone had access to their photos.
