My kids attended another dance school for a while and then we moved to Spotlight. We've been with this place for about 8 years and the owner and lead teacher are superb. They focus on quality and the teaching is good, modeling good technique. My only criticism is the troupe kids who are pushy, arrogant and entitled- treating the non-troupe kids as second class citizens. But that comes from parenting.
