I don't think it is acceptable, but it's already the last day before I return the keys so I have to agree. This is so disgusting. If your initial price is not the final price then maybe YOU SHOULD MENTION IN ADVANCE OR ASK FOR PHOTOS OR DO INSPECTION BEFORE YOU MAKE AN OFFER.
