Even when he ended up realizing that there would need to be additional work to be done that would come at an additional cost to me, he made sure to talk me through my options, he made recommendations, and never forced me into anything. Instead, he worked with me to find solutions that would result in a safe, quality deck and also at a cost that I could manage. I also needed some help getting a new wind stop/chain installed on a swinging screen door in the basement. They were the only service I reached out to who asked for specific details about the jobs before providing a quote, which is a great way to do business. They also provided a real time of expected arrival instead of something like a four-hour window taking up your entire day. They arrived a little before the time quoted with two people - one the main handyman and one being trained. They did a prompt and excellent job and the cost was very fair. I almost don't want to tell everyone how good they are because then they'll become too busy, ha! They truly deserve your business.
