First time when I called them few months back , they changed the timing 3 times and finally reported in the evening citing some emergency. I again gave them a chance and today when they were all set to come , I get an email 30 minutes before the scheduled timing that they have a medical emergency and cannot come. I called and Berna gave me a reason ( little unbelievable) that she have a medical emergency but will call me in an hour and will arrange something . We waited for the whole day , try to contact her few times as we didn't schedule anyone else but she never picked up the phone. Later in the evening i called from my friend's phone and she picks up but immediately hanged up the line after listening to my voice and later never picked up the phone. I would suggest to never try them as its not safe to have such liers in our house. This is the second time they did this and I guess this is the normal business for them to fool around and lie.
