We had a date and time set for approximately two weeks with a lot of communication back and forth. the night before at around 9pm I received a text from one of the cleaners of the crew coming the next morning saying the would not be here at 9am but more like 11am or so. Would this be ok? Well, this was an 8 hour job at least so, NO it would not be ok first off. Second off who the heck TEXTS a change of schedule at 9at night to a customer? A business that doesn't have very good practice policy. I told them not to. come, they lost the job.
