After not being able to call the store but did email them ! I received a quick response. confirming the boots I wanted were in stock. So we want in. shopped for a few thing than looked at boot. the gentleman that help us was first rate ,took all the time needed.than alert trying on several pair from different brands. sorry I have brought alot of items from sportsman's but when you run a add for a sale item and you are there on opening mourning on sale day and are already sold out and they won't give you a rein check for that item . That is just wrong. I guess that I will be doing less shopping at sportmans. read more

I called beforehand to ask about yeti tumblers in large volumes and the rep told me they did have some. She said she'd put two up front for me. As I was just in town as a hop off I immediately went from the airport to SW . The tumblers weren't at the front desk as described but they did help by showing me where they were displayed. I got two yetis in 1L. Checking out I had me some SW points so had a few bucks off the total. It was great SE had the larger sizes! read more

My husband is in love with this store! He is a marksman and fishes, so he goes to Sportman's Warehouse frequently. I tag along and enjoy the shoes and clothing. This store has an excellent selection of everything from ammo to snacks. The prices are fair. What makes this place so special is the exceptional staff. They are pleasant, knowledgeable , and helpful. When I go there and purchase gifts for my husband, the staff has always made me feel comfortable, given me great advice, and has never tried to "up-sell" me. The store was very clean and had a relatively large selection of items. But the customer service was by far the best of any Sportsman's we've ever shopped at. We live in Oregon and don't usually have to pay sales tax so we were leaning towards not buying a higher priced item. We talked to a store manager who offered to give us a discount on that item that made up the difference. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. Excellent service as always. For any and all archery needs this place has been by far the best for me. I will no longer go to the Black Sheep and found a new fave spot. From camping equipment, clothing, ammo, fishing tack, knives, guns, and above all for all my outdoor needs, this store has proven to be the best!! Our daughter stopped last night (Sat. 20th 2019) on her way to work to purchase something she got to there store at 8:15 and they were locking the doors. The store closing hours says 9 PM. She had gone into town early just so she could shop there. :( read more

4 guys were behind the counter 1 was helping someone and the rest were just ignoring us when we were looking to buy a gun...

They don't do special orders or gunsmithing - too bad. They won't take consignments - who cares? They have a 3 item limit on ammo which I understand but still find a little annoying. When Sportsman's Warehouse opened, about a year ago, they employed about 50 locals and they broke the price lock the other area gun shops had on ammo and reloading supplies. Even though these prices were high throughout the whole country Sportsman's still didn't gouge. Frequently they have ammo in stock although you might not have much choice in manufacture, bullet weight, etc. But I guess they are not just a gun store . Generally their prices are pretty good except that other places (like Bi Mart) might beat them, on certain items, by about 10%. They give (ex)military and "Loyalty" discounts and the people there are almost like extended family. I haunt the place. read more

The employees are awesome!!!! My ex-wife braved their Black Friday sale for a pistol they had an excellent price on. There were a lot of others from the valley that were there for the same pistol. Several customers were rude (Black Friday) and she said they were handled in a very fair manner. One older customer became very loud and rude and she said the way the manager diffused the situation was the most professional she had ever witnessed. I personally want to thank these guys for taking care of her while she was there. They have earned all of my gun business in the future. And I have never been there. But I will from now on. As a side note, she said she is going to send her single friends in there. She said the employees were all hottie guys. read more

The best outdoor sporting good store around. Lewiston has plenty but S.W. has the best selection and prices of any of them.
