On the second follow up she found and treated the Vertigo. I felt better but was unsure, the clarity in my head wasn't all back yet. 3rd visit, all went well. And it made me so happy not to feellike I had a space helmet on and I regained my balance. Bridget is a great listener and therapist. She has never minimized my complaints. She is an excellent therapist and very empathetic. The treatment area is clean and they maintain a high level of professionalism. I am very appreciative and don't look forward to getting vertigo again, but if I do, I am calling Bridgett G. at Kessler.

By the time that I walked into Ascend Physical Therapy in early July I had significant limited mobility and discomfort. Lisa, the Physical Therapist and Patti, her assistant are miracle workers! They work in tandem like a finely oiled machine while also demonstrating compassion. Each appointment they ask how you are feeling and I had a sense that they were really listening. I was discharged today with a youthful pep in my step. I have sincere appreciation for their dedication, knowledge and compassion. The facility itself is clean and modern. There's off-street parking as well, which is always a plus in Montclair! Highly recommend.

What especially sets OPMR aside from other rehabilitation centers is that they are an integrated team of professionals including chiropractors, a pain management physician, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and an awesome administrative team. The medical / treatment staff is physician . Dr. Ruiz and Dr. Colon are both highly regarded and well liked by so many patients, as are some of the physical therapists and assistants, like Sheana and David, who are so motivating and upbeat. Together, they devise a treatment plan which is formulated and tailored specifically for you. My initial consultation with my physical therapist, Nicolai, was very thorough and informative. He devised a personal treatment plan which he explained in great detail, and was happy to address all of my concerns. I've been a patient at OPMR for other post-op treatment in years past, and my conditions always improved remarkably. That is due to the excellence of their physical therapists and many others on this team of great care providers. Everyone was positive, professional and genuine in their interest for the advancement of my healing. The last time I was treated at OPMR, I began to feel a noticeable improvement after one month. I also began feeling more positive and looked forward to more activities in my personal life. I addressed the posture and muscle strengthening parts of my program at home through the exercises Nicolai taught me. He also printed an illustrated copy of what the exercises were and exactly how they should be performed. It has been a huge help! I am indebted to their assisting me to address the real issue instead of focusing on temporary solutions. The staff is friendly, compassionate and time efficient! Very short times, if at all. Quick easy high-quality care, which is due to an extremely organized administrative team. Processes run smoothly and efficiently, especially at the reception desk. Cassie, Sandy and Cynthia are among the first faces you see at OPMR. No matter how busy they may be on the phone or handling multiple tasks simultaneously, they always make patients feel welcome and are very versed in handling insurance or benefit-related concerns. Together this amazing group of professionals provide exceptional customer service to each individual patient. I would welcome the opportunity to recommend this practice to anyone that is serious about about improving their health and overall quality of life. You'd be hard pressed to find a complete highly skilled treatment team such as this anywhere else in northern New Jersey.
