Sam answered the phone hello, not saying anything about junk king. We went through my items and he gave me a quote. I said I was fine with the price and asked if he could pick up the following day. He told me that he would come at noon. Everything seems okay. Around 11:30am on the day of service Sam texted me asking if I could reschedule for four days later. I told him no and that I needed it done that day. He said fine and he could be there at 4pm At 4:05 I called him and he answered. As soon as I said hi this is Dazia he hung up. I called back and he did a pick up hung up. I called once more and he knocked it to voicemail. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SAM. He's not even going show up or let you know that he's not coming
