Now, they probably did a decent job with my tax return so I can't really complain as far as that is concerned. I scanned the handful of receipts and tax forms I had and sent it to them. But here's where my experience took a bit of a turn for the worse. After sending all this information they didn't respond, at all. Not even to let me know that they received it. I only heard back from them after they finished the return and sent me the invoice. Given the extremely high fees they charge, the communication with their clients really need to be better.
