The communication and aftercare when things go wrong is absolutely abysmal. I ordered £3k of bike and accessories. One of the components was due in a couple of weeks, the rest was in stock. I received an email that my bike build had been booked in and was given a delivery date for my bike. The delivery date came and went. No communication at all. I contacted Sigma to be told that the component had been delayed. Only because I chased was the rest of my order sent. A couple of months passed by. No communication at all. I contacted Sigma only to be told that the component had been delayed further - by a whole year. The delay might not be their fault, but the lack of communication is. Because I ordered on the cycle to work scheme a refund was not possible. And instead was told I had £379 store credit. In the meantime I'd made an order for cash so asked if they'd be able to refund and apply some of my store credit. I was told that someone would contact me to discuss. After a couple of weeks I chased Sigma (again!) to find out how to use my £379 credit as no one contacted me. And I was told that no, they couldn't apply the store credit to my previous order. So I've been messed around, ignored, and have had nothing constructive offered to help with the situation. All I have is store credit to buy some stuff that I don't really need or want. I've been given a hollow apology - but actions speak louder than words. When things go wrong, how a company responds can make the difference between customer loyalty and never using that company again. I will not be recommending Sigma Sports to my cycling friends.

That tracking number was only show up as tracking info received without actual package. After a week or more without any movement i contacted them and they was looking into it for another 2 weeks without any replied. Than i contacted them in chat and they told its lost and asked what i want reship or refund. I said reship and 5 days later contacted again them and they wasnt aware about reship and said will contact me again. And they just refunded me in the end instead of reship without asking. Its just worst customer support ever. You need to wait weeks to get an update and still end up in nothing

Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and professional and give excellent insight from the true enthusiast's perspective. Ensure that you get the optimal shoes for your running style through gait analysis on the in-store treadmill. There's plenty of space for browsing here, too, and although there's a decent selection from reputable, practical ranges, the choice isn't so overwhelming as to impede decision making. If injury is a concern they can offer useful preventative tips or, if needed, refer you to the on-site therapist for treatment. Whether it's shoes, socks (an amazingly specific selection), hats, gloves, tees, sports underwear or outerwear - you're likely to satisfy all your running needs.

Since then, the small shop has become the European base for many of the world's top distance athletes, and their stock really is second to none. As well as stocking the best products and having the biggest choice, nearly all Sweatshop's staff are from sporting backgrounds, from international runners and rowers to organisers of triathlons and fitness instructors. Their enthusiasm reflects in the sales manner, and service and knowledge is truly excellent. Equipped with instore treadmills, addidas footscanning machines to find the best shoes for you, and made-to-measure shoes, in my opinion there is no better sports shop in all of london.

It is located in a fairly old building and the only disabled/wheelchair entrance due to the oddly shaped step going into the store is the offputting, dirty, back "staff entrance" I have long avoided this store as its name Llilywhites is associated with Tottenham Hotspur FC - I stupidly thought this was actually their club shop until I noticed a sign which confused me "The world's finest sports store", after doing some research later I found the name comes from the family which used to own and run the store, located at 25 Regent St since the year of 1925 - it is nice to see it is still in its' original old building, which surely must be Grade listed by now - fairly impressive for a sports shop and especially considering it is now owned by the UK's largest sports retailer, for them to keep the original branding including the website (same website as Sports Direct just with the Lilywhites logo), despite other branches in other cities changing hands such as Leeds, Newcastle and Nottingham. It seems despite seeming to be a higher-end brand the overall store feel and layout is the same - and that includes the staff who didn't seem friendly or helpful by any means to struggling disabled customers or just shoppers looking to find something. It is over multiple floors and does have a decent selection, however. Is it as good as Sports Direct's flagship central London location? No, of course not - other than keeping the brand name it seems the store which seemed so historic and cool has become a boring branded store in every other regard, it's just a more expensive Sports Direct without improved quality/service etc. 2* - For the store size and location, nothing else.
