Their customer service isn't anything special. I purchased a regular "non-designer" brand shirt for over $35 before a wedding back a couple years ago. Throughout the wedding, the shirt was scratching my body and would tear upon the slightest movement. That was the first and last time I ever wore that shirt. JJ bought shoes for $70+ that he too, never wore again after that first time. Mark purchased a tie clip. The guy was a bit casual but otherwise nice...but then he said he would charge be $300 to get it to me rushed. I said that i was a little crazy and he said well that's what you have to pay ...I got quotes from other local places and was able to get it $75 rushed. The item came out good and he threw in 2 for the price of one. I don't care how great Baja Man does his job - with the prices he quotes it's a joke.
