I called this place looking for an item that would have been about $20-30 online but wanted it rushed. The guy was a bit casual but otherwise nice...but then he said he would charge be $300 to get it to me rushed. I said that i was a little crazy and he said well that's what you have to pay ...I got quotes from other local places and was able to get it $75 rushed. More often than not people leave reviews for negative experiences rather than the positive ones. Although I don't normally post comments, I simply had to share my experiences with Bajaman's service(s). Let me put it this way, I will never ever use anybody else but these guys. Pete and his team work extremely hard and care about every single finalized product they create. They are transparent with pricing and willing to work with you in every capacity to make sure you achieve your desired goals, both on time, and within budget. I can't recommend them enough. One other piece I would like to highlight is that most printers always have the "sell, sell, sell" mindset looking to grab the most money out of you as possible. But not Pete and Bajaman. They look to win your trust over the long term, and often will give you their personal recommendations on how they can make you happy and fulfill your goals the most cost effectively. We have been ordering our shirts with the Baja Man for a few years now. We order screen print shirts and sweaters and embroidered polos. They were amazing with every order. They always take the time to listen and make sure we are getting exactly what we want. They always send a proof and nothing goes to production without approval! I have never been disappointed. I wish I could rate 0 stars - we brought $1,000 worth of merchandise to The Baja Man, to embroider as gifts for our teachers/staff. We asked for the order to be completed in orange lettering, and this company gave us our merchandise back embroidered in the wrong color. Their solution? A $60 giftcard to their company, which is ironic because we will not continue to do business with them. The supervisor refused to call us to resolve the issue, and had another employee communicate to say "There's nothing more we can do." Maybe it's the nature of their business to not have any ownership over their work product. I am appalled and disgusted at the quality of service we received. read more

I've ordered t shirts , mugs, and even some sweatshirts that have all lasted. The quality of the prints are some of the best I've seen. The Baja Man were late on their delivery on the embroidered hats I ordered. They were short on the amount and snuck in a test hat which was a different color, quality and logo. The owner is short tempered and hard to deal with. PLEASE just go somewhere else...anywhere, but not here. read more

I went to the Baja Man wanting to order 4 shirts for a trip I am going on. The owner said he can get the shirts no problem even though I needed them 5 days from the order date. He stated that I would get an email before the shirts were made to make sure I liked them. Today I was expecting to pick up my shirts. I never got an email about the shirts or a phone call stating they were ready. When I called and asked about the shirts he said that "the girl will call me later and tell you when to come get them". Now it's 730PM and I never got a call. I call him to get my shirts and he says come at 10PM to pick it up!! I had made it very clear that I needed the shirts as early as possible and I'm leaving really early for a flight in the morning. I told him absolutely not and i need the shirts now. I was so frustrated when I went to pick up the shirts that I just pretty much grabbed them and left. Well that was my mistake because the shirts are absolutely hideous. They are not what I wanted what so ever. I could have made this at home. They are unevenly cut and look super rushed when made. So I call him back up and go to tell him how I don't like the shirts and all I get it "listen lady, don't make me aggravated" and went on saying "your shirts are only for beer pong it's not like it's for a real sport" and then said" it was a real pain the ass to make your shirts" and hung up on me!!!! WELL THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME WHEN I CAME TO ORDER MY SHIRTS YOU COULDN'T MAKE MY SHIRTS IF IT WAS GOING TO BE AN ANNOYANCE FOR YOU. I WOULD HAVE WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT ALSO SHOULDN'T MATTER WHAT THE SHIRTS ARE FOR!!! IT MATTERS THAT WE PAID $170 FOR 4 SHIRTS AND WE EXPECTED THEM TO COME OUT AMAZING. The Baja man and Pete have been putting out great gear for 20 years now! I remember first using them for jerseys when I was playing little league baseball and I thought they were the coolest jerseys ever. Great quality and great design. I remember using them my senior year of high school for our football jerseys and the quality was so well done that I still have the jersey intact to this day. So over the years I've used Pete and the Baja man for many of my softball teams over the years and always keeps great records of everything that I have ever ordered. This past summer I used him again for a softball team and told him that I wanted the same thing I had for a team about 6 years ago and he still had the records for it which made the order very easy. I have never been the person to write reviews on anything and this is my first one ever. I have to say I'm completely disgusted with the service here. Ordered 2 t-shirts with specific instructions that were written down of how i wanted them made and a specific date of when i needed it by which i was told nothing was an issue. For 5 days straight AFTER the date i told him i needed it by i was told "its coming from the warehouse tomorrow morning". Needless to say the day of when i needed the shirts by they STILL werent finished and i was told to come back in a couple hours and that they were on the way. When i got the shirts they were completely not what i ordered and looked absolutely terrible as if i made them at my house with my own printer, the image on the tshirt was wrinkled, blurry, and not cropped the way i had asked it to be as if they made them with no effort 5 minutes prior to me picking them up. Not to mention the fact that the owner is completely ignorant and is the most disrespectful person i have ever met who had enough nerve to YELL AT ME as a customer because my order wasn't done on time!!!! I never received a phone call or email on the status of my order either even though they had all my contact information. Completely rude, unorganzied, and unprofessional business and i would NEVER EVER recommend anyone going here, dont waste your time. If i could give the place zero stars i would. read more
