First time customer. Definitely will be coming back!…read more Saw the great reviews and although the one that went on about religion and Christian music made me leary... like I was going to walk into some barber shop owned by hyper evangelicals or something (being a butch lesbian this was a concern...) Anyway! Took a chance and although some people looked shocked that a chubby butchy woman walked in there, the owner was nice, polite and warned me of the wait, but told me it'd be worth the wait. So I stayed. After a short while a barber was available. Keith cut my hair. He is AMAZING! Told him "gentlemens cut, faded." And he went right to work. My cut is perfect. Spot on. The trim lines are perrrrrfect. Square trim done around my the entire way and done amazingly. There was christian music playing (in Spanish) it was nice though. No bible's got thrown at me... so they must be open mided Christians. THANK GOD! So in closing. Place is bomb. Make an appt once you find which barber best suits you, so you won't wait too long. And tip handsomely!

One of the worst haircuts I've ever received. There are generally two people working there. One is…read morea middle-aged woman who usually does a great job. I've had her twice and left satisfied. Unfortunately, this woman wasn't there when I stopped by today. As I needed a haircut, I decided to try the other woman. She is an older woman who shouldn't be allowed to barber. Despite being given pretty clear directions (including a picture of my hair done the way I like from my previous barber), I was given something that could have been accomplished with a pair of clippers and a set of safety scissors myself. She was more interested in "Deal or No Deal" on TV than my hair cut (taking multiple pauses to watch the show). Her method of cutting hair seems to be as followed. 1. Nod when the customer explains what he wants. 2. Take clippers and put them at significantly lower setting. 3. Buzz a line around the crown. 4. Lop hair off the top. 5. Smile I feel extremely dissatisfied with my haircut today and I'll likely have to buzz everything off. The haircut looks extremely unprofessional, to the point that multiple people asked me if I did it myself. If you get the middle-aged woman, I'd say it's worth it. However, if the older woman is working you need to immediately turn around and walk out the door.

I believe that you could go to any hairstylist in this facility and they would do a great job but I need to give a shout-out to her because I love the way my hair looks. It's even better than when I went to the barber! The staff were friendly as usual and were very accommodating to say the least.
