Once there, you can enjoy watching the mountain goats grazing and begin hiking the Käse-Wanderweg which is a trail system that connects the many dairy farms in the hills of Voralberg. The lodge is really in front of the train station and we got our room very quickly. They have a big room to leave the snow gear and i like the heating system they have for the snowboard/ski boots. I shared a double room with a friend and it was really cozy. Loved the deco of the hotel, with lots of old skis hanging on the walls. Since we were a group we already had food included in the package. So we had an apero when we got there, great breakfast, sandwiches to take with us for picnic and at night, on Saturday, a superb 3 course dinner! The sevice was great and the people super nice! The owners are swedish, so it is a popular place for them, but they all spoke german or english as well. Only minus point, was that the jacuzzi was broken, so we ended up going to another hotel to get into the spa, since the lifts were closed due to avalanche alarm on the mountain. However, the reason I give this place a 1/5 is because of the TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service we received. We went on a late lift up to the top and the cable car malfunctioned as we waited in the car for about 20 min. They said sorry and asked that we go to the front counter to get a partial refund. Holy moly I swear this lady was the rudest person ever. Probably discrimination or something but she was like "the cable car runs from morning to now, why did you wait until the last minute to go? It is so dumb of you, it really is. I'm not going to give you a refund because this is your fault". We spent about 30 minutes arguing with her, usually I would have let this go but the cable car was very expensive and to miss the top of Mt. Titlis is very sad. The whole time we argued with her I was afraid for my life to be honest she was so aggressive. Finally, she gave us a partial refund and slammed the money on the counter and mumbled something under her breath. I felt really sad and the whole time I felt like it was my fault or something but the more I thought about it, that's not really how you should treat a customer at all:/ We returned the next day and paid the full price again to go all the way to the top. The partial refund paid for a part of it but yeah I had a crazy experience here. They definitely give the local skiers here priority.

We hiked up part way, but it didn't save us money- about 80Franks round trip (1/2 price with a GA, honey). I'd recommend to go straight to the top, even when there are clouds. Cuz you venture above them, up up up, for a view that truly astounds! There was a shop and a cafe on top, so we drank a kafi schnapps. We were already high up, but that simply topped it off. Through the glacier cave we went, and onto the suspended walkway- 10,000ft altitude ROCKS MY SOCKS, come visit here, don't delay!
