I am so happy I found her and the firm. Everyone was so receptive and responsive to my needs. Ms. Pepitone really helped me through a very difficult time with both her compassion and her expertise. She and her staff maintained communication with me during the entire process and made sure I fully understood each and every step along the way. Emails and phone calls were responded to in an appropriate time-frame. All appointments were kept and on time. The office staff is very efficient and courteous and the physical office is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. After the entire ordeal was finished, Ms. Pepitone sat with me at the courthouse making sure I was okay physically and emotionally. I used Dorothy Rosenberger when my ex-husband wanted to sign a new agreement. In my opinion, she was not very helpful to me at all. I would have to say that I think she actually cost me more than she helped me. I personally think I would have been much better off not using an attorney at all than using Ms. Rosenberger. I would have been much better off getting another attorney, but all the money she charged me I felt like I should at least finish. My recommendation, cut your losses early, and get another lawyer. I used this office for my divorce (yes Dorothy Rosenberger and interactions with Scott the owner). It was horrible. The divorce its self-cost me more than anything you could imagine, and I ended up with less than normally granted in a divorce. Even my child support was not calculated correctly. I pointed it out over and over, and they charged me for doing so, but I got nothing for it. Empty promise that it would be dealt with in Mediation, then completely ignored in mediation. They forgot to put the life insurance in for the children....after I mentioned it many times...and they charged me for that as well! I wouldn't recommend this office to even an enemy. read more
