My dog gets genuinely excited walking in, which says a lot. The whole team is attentive and clearly loves what they do, and Dr. Apted is fantastic, thorough, patient, and great at explaining what's going on. Details never get overlooked here. Couldn't ask for a better vet experience for me and my dog. read more

I really wanted to like this vet- looks cute, everyone seems nice and its really close to my house. I moved my dog from a family run clinic to this private equity run clinic. Initial visit was fine- wellness exam and shots, I really had a great experience. This second visit was very routine- dog was itchy. I got there about 5 minutes before and quickly put into a room. Then waited for a few minutes for the tech, no worries- they asked a bunch of questions, then waited another 15 min for doc, who was there for about 15 and most of same questions. We ended up deciding on an allergy shot- he left again, 15 more minutes. Again, this seemed like a simple fix. At this point, I was there 1 hour and had to leave for another meeting. I had thought 1 hour would be enough but apologized and I asked the tech if I could just come back in a couple hours and get the shot since i had to go. She said yes, we'll call you. I called back about an hour later, and was told I'd need yet ANOTHER exam by the nurse, another $38 plus the cost of the shot (which I think was at least 100). I'd already paid $95 upfront for the visit. I told them since I had just been there, can't I just come in and get the shot? I was told no. No apologies for the wait, no accommodation. I told them to just forget it. They could care less. They texted again reminding me about the $95 and I gave them ANOTHER opportunity to just make it right, why would I need another exam? I would have done all this if I'd had more than an hour the first time. I asked if the vet could just prescribe the pill to that I would have some treatment, even if I didn't come back for the shot. At least my $95 would be well spent. I could get the prescription from Chewy or anywhere. They didn't do anything so now I'm out the money and my dog is just taking Benadryl and I'm hopeful I don't have to go back in... I said I was really disappointed, they'd lost me as a customer. They could honestly care less. So disappointed in the utter lack of customer care here. ' read more

Brought my cat in due to a suspected urinary blockage and was told he needed to go to the ER. They said they would do bloodwork at Sploot and send it to the ER so I wouldn't have to pay the ER to do the bloodwork. $500 later, the ER did not receive the bloodwork from Sploot and I ended up paying twice. I let Sploot know and was simply offered a $50 credit the next time I brought my cat in. Not impressed. read more

Nice staff and they are open on the weekend. Dr. prescribed one kind of antibiotics and then the following day changed their mind and has pay for an antibiotics that was 3 times as expensive as first one. read more

The whole staff here is kind and diligent. We love bringing our doggos here and always have high trust in the quality of care they receive.

I believe they care more about making money than the wellbeing of the animals. They recommended immediate surgery on my dog without even taking X-rays and it turned out (from a different vet) surgery was not needed whatsoever. What would have cost over $3000 cost a few hundred for a visit and X-ray that showed nothing was wrong. Very disappointed in Sploot. read more

I have to honestly say this was the best experience I have had at an emergency room. My dog broke her nail pretty deep and experienced a lot of blood loss. Unfortunately I had to bring her back around 45 minutes after going home due to her bleeding through her bandage and wraps. They made it a pleasant experience regardless of the circumstance. They were very gentle with my dog and treated her like their own. It was a very comfortable experience and I felt okay with leaving my dog with them for a few hours. read more

Great vet care!! I had a good experience and they doctors were incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through my puppy's ear infection so quickly! read more

Today we had to say goodbye to a member of our family (Optimus Prime) fur baby of 14 years. We visited Splootvet and was cared for by Dr Nadine Cross who led an awesome and extraordinary team (Kiera and front desk) receptionist. Words cannot do justice for the care we received. Extreme compassion comes close. If the end of time is near for your loved one, I can highly recommend them. read more

Absolutely love Sploot! The staff are super friendly and I've received nothing but incredible care from Dr. Wozniak. Wouldn't trust my pets to anyone else! read more

Avoid this clinic at all costs and it WILL be expensive! We took our new kitty into the office two months ago. The kitten was extremely undernourished and seemed to have an eye infection. My first consultation was all about upselling tests and I ended up spending over $400 and getting very strong antibiotics and eyedrops. A month later, my kitty still had a weepy eye and my partner had used up all the eyedrops. They upsold yet another test and prescribed stronger eyedrops on Oct. 14th and told my partner to order the drops from Chewy. Chewy has to have a prescription in order to dispense the drops and sent an email on the 14th asking for authorization, the Sploot office did not respond. Chewy sent ANOTHER request on the 16th and the Sploot office did not respond. We were anxiously waiting for the drops and contacted Chewy to explain the hold up and they told us that the prescription was STILL not authorized. My partner called the office on the 18th and was told that Chewy was lying and the receptionist seriously DID NOT CARE that our kitty was suffering. The Chewy representative called the office on the 18th and they STILL did not authorize the prescription. Finally, my partner called them threatening a chargeback and a review about our experience and the office CLAIMED that they had authorized the prescription. They had not, I went into the office in person and spent 30 minutes demanding some kind of treatment based on their handling of our case. The vet finally came out and gave me a physical prescription but didn't have the drops in any of their offices. They told me that I could get them from a human pharmacy, but none were open yet since it was 8am on a Sunday and since they told us the prescription was verified on Saturday, the order from Chewy was due that day or Monday at the latest. They did offer to SELL me another bottle of the ineffectual drops for $50! Since this experience I have called the main number for Sploot to try to reach a manager so that they could make this situation right or at the VERY LEAST apologize. Unfortunately, every time their response was a representative will be reaching out to you by phone; in other words, "Don't call us, We'll call you." This has not been the case, as of today, 9 days after our disasterous visit and follow-up, we have yet to hear from them. We found out when we called Chewy that they had STILL not authorized the prescription and we were DONE with them! We managed to get an appointment at a Chewy vet center on Monday where I discovered that the eye issue was NOT bacterial, but rather viral. There were two types of treatments available and neither of them had been discussed at Sploot. The vet at Chewy explained the issues, the treatment and went above and beyond to find a compounded version of the eye medication that would actually treat the symptoms since the name brand was extremely expensive. Our total bill from Sploot was around $600 and ourselves and our kitty were NOT treated with respect or compassion. read more

I brought my dog in for an ear infection and ended up with a $600 bill, which wasn't the issue. The problem was that I paid for a nail trim that never happened. After we left, the vet contacted us to return the next day for the trim. Although it was inconvenient, we agreed. However, we weren't able to make it back in time the following day, and when we notified them, they said they'd be happy to reschedule--for an additional $30 fee. I find it completely unreasonable to be charged again for a service I already paid for but never received. It feels like they're trying to squeeze more money out of me to fix their own mistake. To make matters worse, there was no response when I tried to address this. This location is never busy, and it's clear why--they lack the customer service and professionalism of their more successful RiNo location, which I typically go to. Unfortunately, this experience has left a bad taste, and I won't be returning to this location again. read more

My teenage son took his rescued cat few minutes late to his appointment, because the cat wasn't cooperating and they charged him $80, and wouldn't refund his money. Caitlin the manager is very rude and condescending. Don't go to this vet!! read more

Dr. Wozniak is the best vet I've ever had the pleasure of working with! She takes such good care of my pup Lupo, and Lupo's kitty siblings. Dr. Wozniak is clearly knowledgeable and I trust my kiddos are receiving high quality care. Her team of vet techs are friendly, and I love how they utilize techniques to make Lupo's visit as stress free as possible. Highly recommend! read more

I can't say enough good things about Sploot. We brought our cat Mona in to their 9&co location when she started feeling really lethargic and wasn't eating, which had us seriously worried. From the moment we called, the receptionist was calm and professional getting us appointment immediately despite it being a busy day. Dr Yao and her team were fantastic. They ran a quick assessment and walked us through the whole process, explaining everything in a way that really put us at ease. They treated her with such care and gave her fluids and some medications, which helped get her back to her usual self in no time. I was impressed by how thorough and caring the whole team was. Really greatdul to have a vet clinic we can trust so close by and would absolutely recommend Sploot to anyone looking for a dedicated care. Thank you to the Sploot team - I'm happy to report that Mona is back to normal! read more

I was not impressed by this vet's services. You walk in, weigh your pet yourself on a scale on the floor by the front door with a dirty towel on it. The exam room was primitive as was the evaluation. When the nurse/vet came in, they never put my dog on an exam table, just hastily evaluated him on the floor. When I asked them to examine my dogs paw for a recent abscess, they tried to convince me to biopsy it ($$$), although I assured them it was more likely environmental like a fire ant bite or a thorn. They offered no probable cause, but did give me the standard antibiotics I needed. Upon looking at his paw on my own after our visit, I discovered it was a foxtail that caused the abscess. How could they miss something so common for the area and so dangerous? Especially after up-charging me to "clean the area". My dog was taken to another exam room for this, so there was a major lack of transparency about what services they truly provided. Not to mention the cone they gave him to wear came flying off in the lobby as it wasnt properly secured. For the high price tag of their services, these people could have put on a much better show. Anyone with experience around decent veterinary care would be able to recognize this place is lacking. So many red flags. Sploot has all the charm of the American healthcare system: impersonal, overpriced, and unhelpful. Hoping to find a provider that doesn't feel like a machine. read more

today was the first day we tried Sploot. Our visit exceeded all expectations. We were able to get our little dacshund in to see a very knowledgeable vet right away and everyone we met was kind and compassionate. The pricing was reasonable too! I highly recommend Sploot for emergencies or regular checkups. We were blown away with their excellence in service. read more

Failed to diagnose my dog after telling them multiple times, it's not stress and he's most likely contagious. Ended up rushing him to the ER because sploot assured me it wasn't anything serious and was just stress. Dog ended up developing a severe URI, that cost me over a grand to treat and could have been avoided if they listened to my situation/ concern. I have given them so much medical history and they continuously fail to give me any answers ever. Pay ridiculously high fees for literally ~nothing~! Also, not the nicest people when you start asking reasonable questions.... read more

Took my dog to Sploot a few times and never had any problems until the last time I went. I had a lot going on and needed to get my dogs nails trimmed real bad so I managed to get in after work and when I set up the appointment on the phone the person told me the price, I think around $30/35 and that was fine with me. They trimmed my dogs nails and that was fine and then I go to pay and it's double the price! They said it was because of the "nurse tech visit" or something like that. I just wish someone would have told me over the phone I was also going to have to pay for that. Considering it wasn't a vet visit just a nail trim I was definitely super unhappy the person on the phone had conveniently left that part out when I asked how much it would be. If they have to charge that fee that's fine but they need to be telling people upfront, it looks really scummy when you leave it until after it's all done. read more
