I love this place to get my favorite Mexican snacks. It's clean and they use fresh ingredients. You can see the food they use right in front of you. You place your order, they make it for you efficiently and you enjoy your tasty treat/dessert. My favorites are the Elote, they have variations of this you can get Tosti Elote, corn with Tostitos topping or Dori Elote, topped with doritos. On a hot day you can get fruit juices and smoothies. I like the Mangonada which is mango snow with Tajin, chamoy, mango. Strawberry lover like me loves their Fresas Con Crema, strawberries, Granola, cherry, yogurt, wafer cookie it's the perfect blend of fruit and cream. Their Mango En Flor is the mango with tajin, and lemon. Everything I get is always consistently delicious!!

I absolutely love their mangoneada here! It has mango slush, mixed with diced mangos at the bottom and topped off the chamoy. This is what I usually order here. They also sell agua Fresca. Highly recommend giving Splashfruits a try!

They have you covered. Do you want pussy willow juice for Persian baking or pine flavored soda from Russia? Or maybe farmers cheese, fresh sour cherries, or many varieties of pierogis? Maybe you want to buy the weird cookies your mom grew up eating in Yugoslavia. They have it all. They also have the best hummus, great, reasonably priced produce, any spice you can think of, and the friendliest owners and staff you will meet in SF. Oh, and you never have to wait in line. I go every day and can take care of most of my shopping in a few minutes. If you need meat or fish you can swing by Guerra's afterwards. If you like to cook or explore exotic food you should not miss this fabulous wonderland of a store. I seriously credit this store for the high quality of life in the neighborhood.

Lots of overripe stone fruit too (especially from outside). One of the worst service in town. Guy at the cashier bizarrely antagonistic with customers. Should calm down or go the back. Overall, weird and depressing experience. Won't go back, of course.

This was the center for the Chinese community for shopping, dining, and just overall life as non-English speaking residents found everything they needed. As the next generation moved to Richmond and Sunset District where single family homes trumped apartment and SRO living for the growing families. It helped that the community became more affluent which led to the evolution of "new" Chinatowns on both sides of the park. Clement Street in the Richmond and Irving in the Sunset became the main shopping streets there. I came across this store which sits a few doors from our fur baby's veterinary eye specialist. Driving from the east side of the city, I'd often get thirsty from the drive to and from, given the traffic these days especially on or around 19th Avenue. I walked in and saw the normal Chinese family grocery items of soy sauce and oyster sauce bottles, canned goods, various fresh vegetables, various refrigerated items which included a can of soy bean milk which I bought one for the road. There wasn't much else to choose from. As mentioned by other Yelpers, the variety is limited and it is run as an old-time place so don't expect the latest and greatest. It serves it's purpose as a bridge for your shopping trips to fill the fridge and the cupboard. *** I hope the Walgreens on the corner is replaced by something similar.

Firstly, it was my first time shopping at a co op and I really really really love that aspect of it. Anytime I can support a business like this, I want to! But beyond that, I was skeptical that the prices would be outrageous and was fairly surprised that they really weren't! Ok sure, some items were pricey, and that's true for any small store in this city, but for the bulk items and dry goods, the pricing was incredibly reasonable! I even found the same scones I buy at my local box box grocery store for cheaper here!! What?! I was also just blown away by the variety of choices.. they've got everything here.. produce, condiments, dry goods, chips, snacks, bulk items, tea, medicines and supplements, and a section of boutique handmade goods that was so awesome to look through!! I don't live close by but I will be back anytime I go to see my friend (which is often).
