For instance, we received a bill after two cleanings for a full drainage (even though it was brand new and just filled), they said it was a mistake and cancelled the bill. But then, guest kept complaining, waterline marks, spa not serviced or cleaned, etc. After the 5th guest complaint we cancelled our contract. Note that they send a photo every time they service, which is great, but once when we had a complaint the same day as they serviced, I checked and saw that the photo sent was not my hot tub... And more than once the technician turned off the water which connects to our separate house (a knob next to the water to the tub), which had guests complain of no water and we had to send a plumber and realized the water connection had been closed. The amount of issues in 2 months was so high that we decided to no longer work with them. Every time we called they were polite, apologized, and said they'd send someone over. But after seven issues we just decided we had to change company. A shame as we really wanted it to work out, their rates were reasonable, the lady at reception nice. But in the end, we paid to have a clean hot tub for our guests and only had issues.

Instead it was like dealing with Manny, Moe and Jack Cartoon Characters for an entire YEAR! Yes, you read that right...an entire YEAR it took these yo-yos to install an in ground pool and spa. $85K later we had the pool leak immediately after filling it. Took the yo-yos a few days to get that under control, ultrasound and repaired. No confidence in this pool being okay at that point whatsoever. 3 out of the four corner areas of my pool where they did the concrete....all cracked. Looks like shit. Had them replace several top tiles that the tile guy placed on the spa that had already eroded and crumbled... and that was before the water was even put in! The entire construction was a shitshow. We had to remove concrete splashed from 2 walls of our newly painted home from lack of the yo-yos even trying to protect our property!! Then we had to repaint those walls ourselves! This company should have been apologetic for every fuck up...instead he was arrogant, rude and condescending. I would really like to sue him for breach of contract...it may still happen. Waiting on them to repair a check valve on the pool equipment. It has been almost two weeks for a service call to be completed...and at that...we have to beg and call continuously to get anything done. That was how the entire shitshow worked.
