When I have needed assistance, the staff on hand have been pleasant and helpful. As far as the washes go, the automated system does a respectable job. Not a perfect 10, but pretty close, and certainly much easier and fasy than spending a Sunday afternoon washing it myself. Things to know: *. Entrance and exit to this facility can be a little tight. Ingersoll avenue is a busy, but nice, shopping area. * There are 6 vacuuming stations, not that I have ever seen them all in use at once. * The machines here are not touch less, if that is important to you.

I still needed to use some elbow grease to get the residual bugs off, but it did a pretty good job overall getting most of it off! But most of all, they shined up our tires real nice with the wash! I was really impressed. Most drive through car washes don't do such a thorough job with the tires but I must say, Mister Car Wash did a nice job. We got the Basic Plus wash which was $14. I don't think a car wash should ever be more than $15. The dryer could use some work, but overall, it did a great job and we will be back.

I still try to use Squeaky Clean from time to time because it's locally owned and the owner is responsive. I accidentally selected the wrong bay once in the app and lost the wash I'd paid for because the bay I selected was closed for repairs. The owner reached out within a few hours. When I hadn't responded by the next afternoon, he followed up and provided a code for a free wash to make up for it even though I was clear it was my fault. Good luck even getting ahold of "customer service" at the chain washes. Given that I haven't used the chain more than 5-7 times a month with my "unlimited" plan that I perceived to be a better value.. I think I will be canceling it and signing up for one of Squeaky Cleans plans next month. I'm certain the chain doesn't need the business and convinced that Squeaky Clean appreciates it based on my experiences.

Not just because they have been in this area for decades, but because they have been reliable throughout the years. This most recent visit was no exception. The exterior of the vehicle looks great, and has a nice fresh-off-the-lot shine. The interior was past due for a little TLC so I went ahead and added an interior clean package. On a scale of 1 to 10, I will give this particular round a 6. While better than it was, the vacuum and dust cloths missed a number of places, and the windshield - the main reason for wanting the interior cleaned - still has some smudges. As an aside, while I can't confirm/may well be mistaken, I think that a number of the photos on the walls in the waiting area are of actual employees that I have seen working at this location. If that's the case, kudos to the company for the authenticity. I'm still giving this four stars because this location usually performs at that level. I'll re-assess next visit. Things to know: * This location is on a busy corner and shares driveway access with a couple other business - be cautious. * This is one of the very few (maybe the only remaining) Mister Car Wash in The Des Moines metro where you can pay to have your car's interior cleaned. Other locations are self-service.

Such a waste of $50, considering I have to do a complete re-cleaning myself.
