They also take a style questionnaire to keep it on file and for further reference. I like that they have so much variety in this store and they sell local brands as well. I met with Genavieve in person to ensure that measurements were taken correctly and that there would be no misunderstandings in my expectations. Unfortunately, after multiple delays which she claimed was related to shipping delays from her manufacturer what I received at the fitting was far from what was promised -- the dress looked cheap-(dollar store rhinestones glued on a fluffy mess of uneven tulle), rushed, and bore little resemblance to what we had discussed. It was not wearable and so bad that she acknowledged it was not what I had ordered and I was assured it was a mistake and that it would be corrected in time. However, after multiple delays and broken promises, I was told -- just four days before the event -- that the dress could not be delivered at all. This left me completely without an outfit for the wedding. What's most frustrating is not just the poor quality, but the lack of accountability and professionalism. When I told her I would be traveling an hour with two little kids to come to her store and asked her if the dress was ready for the fitting she delayed multiple times then had the nerve to tell me yes when she knew it was not salvageable. She even told me it was beautiful but wouldn't send a picture when I requested multiple times. If I had been told earlier that the dress wouldn't be ready, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, I was strung along and left scrambling at the last minute. I would not recommend this service or doing business with any of her brands to anyone looking for reliability, quality, or basic professionalism. Proceed with caution.

They trick you into trying all these horrendous looking items that you're not even there to shop for. All the clothing looks cheap, mostly poorly sown. As you shop around and look you'll see the prices are reasonable "boutique" pricing. The trick comes after you're ready to check out, the women working here scan your items and ring your items up quickly and then pretty much swipe your credit card before telling you the total. So basically $500 later on 4 items they tell you "no refunds"
