Came here for a bday party that was paid for three months prior to the actual date. Location had no record of the party and did not provide all of the food that was included on the flier and their website. Food that was given (pizza) was not good. Location needs a better process for parties and more food options. read more

Highly recommended this place! It was clean, not crowded on the day we went. We will definitely be back. It's a small water park and that's exactly what we wanted. Plenty of tables and chairs in the shade. Give it a try. read more

Bought tickets online, was told to skip the line and scan in, then told to get in the long line for a locker. Got up to the front of the line to be told there were not lockers. Bought a 20 lazy river cabana for it to already be occupied. This is ridiculous. read more

We were treated as if we were inconveniencing them for having a birthday party with cake and presents. After spending close to $400 I had to work my own daughter's birthday party. The employees do not know how to do their job and have to ask their manager for permission on everything. The food was cold and took 40 min.. it was cheese fries. No refund for cold food either. I watched a "lifeguard" braid her hair four times in ten min.. not sure who's life she was gonna save if needed. That place needs to put better processes into place for birthday parties. Absolutely horrible. Poor management will bring a company down so fast, and I am surprised this place is still functioning. Wasted $400 to be told the park was closing (one hour after arriving) and refunds or rain checks would not be issued or offered. Managers talk to the employees like dirt. Note to managers...we the customers can hear you when you scream on the radio. Un real. So glad I got season passes to Hawaiian falls...less trash. read more

We went everyday when this was Hawaiian falls. So we expected the same experience. It's not! We were there for only an hour. I asked for a refund on our season pass and was ok with just paying for the day. The manager Shelly was VERY rude! we didn't feel we would ever return. The park was empty like as in the parking lot had 20 cars or less. Great you would think but not when your child is alone and can't even make a friend to play with because no one is there!! Totally not worth the money. We will go once a week because we bought a pass and at least have to get our money worth. Don't waste your time or money! read more

I've been twice and had a great experience each time. Very clean and the lines weren't very long, though I was there on weekdays.

A group of Nurses I work with and I go to this water park every year at the end of Summer. We were there August 4th! We have always had a great time with really no complaints until last week. We were the first in line to get in and we always rent a cabana and purchase a cooler pass. We went to our cabana to drop off the cooler and immediately headed to the Lazy River. Floating the lazy River is our favorite part of the day there. We waited and watched and literally only saw about 15 tubes all being used. We then went to inquire about the lack of enough tubes and were told all they had were out and they were first come first served. Like I said we were the first guests to enter. They then proceeded to tell us we should pay a fee for a tube that can go anywhere in the park.Normal price for these tubes is $10 after all our complaining we got them for $5 each. I told them I was shocked and this is the first time we had encountered this. We spoke to someone who said she was in management and she also said it was first come first serve for the few tubes they had. I told her we would definately be writing reviews about this. Well just a few minuites after we purchased our tubes and had spoke to that Lady that claimed to be a Boss we saw 2 life guards behind a snack shack inflating TONS of tubes and throwing them in the lazy river. No refund offered just took our money and then inflated all the tubes that should have been in the river to begin with. Very dissapointed in this park now. read more

We had a wonderful experience here. The park is clean and well staffed. Crowds were low on a Friday. It would've been nice to have a better appointed snack bar, but that's not the main priority. We had a blast on all the slides and the large wave pool. This is a hidden gem. read more

I love splash dayz no crowds on weekdays perfect for me and my 4year old there would be crowds at the lazy river at other parks but not this one, i love how they have a big sand area for kids and the food is good too. More so for little kids not much slides for older teens. Don't expect a lot of ppl, which i like a chill place. read more

Went on 4th of July and completely surprised on how clean this park is! All staff and lifeguards were friendly. Even though the parking lots (yep there's more than 1!) we're full there was still plenty of room in all the pools and plenty of sitting/lounging areas. Can't wait to go again! read more

To that lady who said it was empty: is there a level higher than First World problems? You don't come to a place like this to make friends, you bring one. And you certainly don't complain that it is open to only you. I came on 8/4/17 and it was less than full but it wasn't empty. I asked and the lifeguard said that is pretty typical. It is clean, the floats are new and not gross, and you don't have to wait to ride the same slides you'll find at a Hawaiian Falls or NRH2O. They have a wave pool, lazy river, a bunch of places for little ones, and 5 different slides that adults would like. Music was bumping and fun. Definitely worth the price and we will be back. read more

Definitely a good idea to purchase a season pass to this water park. Could get VERY pricey if you don't, and with these unbearably HOT Texas summers you need a place that you can cool down on a regular basis. The park is clean, plenty of attentive life guards on duty to keep everyone safe. My only negative is the concession area. The food is WAY overpriced & is not good. Yuck. We try to eat before we get to the park or after we leave to avoid the hefty price of bringing in a cooler. read more

Today was my first visit to the newly rebranded, under new management water park in White Settlement, TX. Right out of the gate we were excited as a group because we saw a billboard advertising a discounted rate during the weekdays. What a great surprise! It is exciting to have a community water park so close to our house that is in phenomenal shape. The park is clean. The water is sparkling and refreshing. The staff greeted us with smiles and excitement. As we were the first people in line, we got to overhear some radio chatter from a few employees. One, who must have been a manager, spoke through her handheld radio, "today is a brand new day, let's make it a great one!" That kind of positivity and excitement is something I feed off of. We started in the lazy river. It was relaxing as it is supposed to be but it left a bit to be desired. Being quite small, I would ask for a few more water features. I found myself stopping under the spraying fountains each time I passed. More things like that throughout would allow for a more exciting experience. Next we traveled to the wave pool. This was the most fun we had all day. It was great to get in there and swish swish around in the water. The walk there and back was brutal. Being that there's little shade and also very little grass, we found our feet burning in the hot sun. Many of us then took some turns on the various slides. The staff was courteous in allowing us the time it took to steady ourselves as the glass dropped out from underneath us and we took the downward plunge. Our biggest disappointment of the day was found in the fact that the adventure Park is no longer running. All of us were excited to get on zip lines and go from tower to tower as we have seen in the past couple of years. We hope that this is a temporary closing but there was no indication that it would ever open. All in all I would love to give a five star review but he regular price of $18.95 per person, and $16.95 for any persons under a certain height seems a bit steep for what little there is to offer. Especially if I had to pay $16.95 for my two-year-old son since I saw no toddler pricing. Five stars would come if that adventure park opened up again. Until that day comes, I would only go to the park during a half-price day. Looking forward to the future and new things to come. read more

Clean Park. Very Small. That being said I still got a Summer Pass. If you want a big Park definitely go to another place. The reason.. there are only 5 slides! (Counted the 2 side by side drop slides and the race slide as 1 each). Love that there is grass. Not thrilled about the cooler charge. But a plus was I didn't see any overly hormonal teen boy life guards like another slide park I reviewed. Just know that it's small compared to any other water park in the 50 mike radius. That being said... I'll be going back often. read more

We love this place! If you have younger kids this place is awesome! They have a shaded splash pad with LOTS of features. The kids pool area is nice too and right across from the splash pad. The wave pool area has sandy parts for kids to play in. Also the wave pool is active quite a bit. Since this place is a little bit out of the way it's never been super crowded. Parking is free. They allow you to bring coolers for a nominal fee. Might not be ideal for teenagers but for families I think it's perfect. Big enough where you don't get bored, small enough where I feel comfortable letting our 9 year old explore on her own. read more

My friends and me was having a private party for a group of 15. The manager came over and ask if I could put a leash on my child. I told her it was my friends kid and the child is mentally disturbed, she then went into a rave about she did not care if the child was retarded or not (OMG) I have never been treated like this before. I took two kids and myself and paid 20 dollars per person plus 15 for a cooler and they shut down the wave pool because of poop and the lazy river was nasty with flowers and stuff floating in the water ... sure was not worth the money read more

If I could give this park one star I would. I bought me and my six children season passes, I come about 3 times a week to swim and the employees at the gate are always friendly and kind. The water isn't clean and all of the refreshment stands in the park are closed down accept one which is way over priced. It's very poorly managed is the problem. Always empty never any patrons hardley. The manager I believe her name is Shelly is extremely rude and unprofessional. She's abusive to her employees and discriminative to her patrons I will never go back to this place for the sole reason of that nasty woman working there. People like her should not be put in positions of authority. read more

This park is the cleanest water park we have been to all season! From HFalls to Hurricane Harbor and everything in between- this is the cleanest! You don't have to worry about nasty funky smells or gross puddles of standing water! This is the perfect park to spend an afternoon at! Way to go White Settlement! read more

Love this waterpark. My nephews and nieces all ranging from the ages 12 to 1 love to come swim here. It has something for everyone to enjoy. The smallest kids love the splash pad and the kiddie pool and the older ones love to float in the lazy river. The park is always clean and tidy with no trash or puddles. The concrete can be a little hot, but they fixed that by putting sprinklers throughout the park! I love that is so small because I feel comfortable letting the big kids go to the lazy river by themselves and trust the lifeguards to watch over them. The leadership team is very nice and helpful, especially the GM Shelly. I recommend this park to anyone with kids or anyone looking for some easy summer fun. The prices are fair and reflect well on all there is to do in the park. Definitely recommend coming here with family, friends, and everyone in between. Food was delicious, especially for a waterpark and took the appropriate amount of time you would anticipate from a busy concession stand. Bravo City of White Settlement read more
