Highly recommended this place! It was clean, not crowded on the day we went. We will definitely be back. It's a small water park and that's exactly what we wanted. Plenty of tables and chairs in the shade. Give it a try.

This sign was put up specifically because I asked to refund my season pass and just pay for one day ticket

We went everyday when this was Hawaiian falls. So we expected the same experience. It's not! We were there for only an hour. I asked for a refund on our season pass and was ok with just paying for the day. The manager Shelly was VERY rude! we didn't feel we would ever return. The park was empty like as in the parking lot had 20 cars or less. Great you would think but not when your child is alone and can't even make a friend to play with because no one is there!! Totally not worth the money. We will go once a week because we bought a pass and at least have to get our money worth. Don't waste your time or money!

I've been twice and had a great experience each time. Very clean and the lines weren't very long, though I was there on weekdays.

He loves waterparks more than anything in life, but we've already been to Great Wolf Lodge on multiple occasions, and we preferred to book with Bonvoy points over shelling out the cash for GWL. Plus, we didn't have a ton of waterpark time on the schedule - win, win, win. One thing that was frustrating is that there was zero record anywhere on the internet of the height requirement for the slides here. Well, internet, I'm here to save you with the answers. We have a son that was 43" as of this visit, and he would be crushed to get his hopes up about doing these slides, only to find out that he's not allowed to. There's one big water "castle" with 3 slides. Those requirements are 42". We actually came here a couple of years ago and he definitely did those slides then, and he was most certainly not 42" then. So I'm not sure if they just changed these or they just weren't enforcing the rules in 2023, but they definitely were measuring him on this visit. Then there's one bigger water slide that's stand alone. The requirements are that you have to be 48" to ride freely, but 42-47" is ok with a life jacket. And then the same restrictions apply to the zip line where you can jump in the water after hanging from several feet above the water. The annoying thing about this was that we were there early in the morning and were the only ones doing it. Yet the lifeguard literally measured my son each time he walked up, despite the fact that he was literally doing it over and over again with no one else around. Make it make sense. Overall, this is not the most amazing waterpark you'll find. But when you book with points, all you have to pay is the resort fee and for parking. It's pretty good bang for your buck when you think about it in those terms.

They also had several rooms where you can host birthday parties and an upstairs floor with additional seating to eat and hangout. It is nice because the whole place is indoors so you can always enjoy the place in all weather conditions, which is great if you're looking for entertainment as a family. All the staff were really nice, and helpful, including the lifeguards. You can bring in your own coolers of food, drinks, etc. just no glassware, which helps on costs too. I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice, clean indoor swimming!

My favorite slide was the big yellow Tsunami and of course, the Lazy River. The loungers are so relaxing and I got quite a tan :D We purchased our tickets on Groupon which were easy to redeem. Additionally, my family brought a small soft cooler with food and drinks, which they do check for glass so be prepared to open every bag up to show them! My group reserved the cabanas in the back, and our servers were amazing! Of course we had to take the frozen strawberry margaritas for a spin. The food all smelled great too. Parking was plentifully, just don't park on the grass! Apparently that is a problem, so there was a police out there enforcing it. A fun and relaxing day was had by all family members!

On top of all this the water is dirty with lots of bugs and leaves and the restrooms are filthy plus everything else needs repainted etc . We know you have the money for the prices you charge . The life guards are a joke . If you will watch them they walk back and forth and turn there heads from left to right and as doing so look up at the sky as if someone is drowning up there . I'm betting they wouldn't even know if someone drown unless someone in water told them . They look like robots at their stations. Now for even more information, their food is ridiculously over priced like a pizza is 50.00 wtf????? Are you freaking kidding me ? No ice chest unless your a member wtf??? We have little kids that need food and water while out I. Heat and can't afford to spend 50.00 on a pizza or 8.00 for a hot dog . Someone needs to clean this place up and change somethings.

My friend and I split the cost of a shaded Splash Picnic spot just to make sure our older kiddos had a landing base to re-up on snacks and drinks. Our name was printed on the reserved spot making it officially ours! It is SUPER cool they allowed our own cooler with ice packs, although it would've been a tiny bit more amazing to sip on a girlie marg. I sent my friend on a scavenger hunt to see if they sell any type of alcohol of any kind and turned up empty, just as a heads up to others who may wonder too. While I mostly stayed in the toddler swimming hole and kiddie water slides, and shuffled over to try out the wave pool, my oldest told me about the Lazy River on the other side. She also told me about her "losing her soul" on the dropout slide ha! She had fun, but it took her breath away for sure. Bathrooms are air conditioned. Parking was ample, shade was more plentiful than Hawaiian Falls, and you can reserve seats online if you don't want to risk not having a spot. NRH2O isn't nearly as big as Hurricane Harbor, but I prefer it for several reasons. For one, there are quite a few trees and grassy areas all throughout the park, providing shade and cooler grounds and all around cooler, happier vibes. Plus, tickets and passes are more affordable, and perhaps most importantly (especially to anyone with special dietary needs): you're allowed to bring in your own food and drink. Of course there are limitations on ice chest size and you can't bring in glass containers or alcohol, but it's so nice to be able to pack your own snacks and drinks. Not in loose ice, though, that's another rule. Your ice has to be bagged up (we just use ice-packs). Employees check through your bags very thoroughly at the entrance. I haven't been on any of the bigger slides in years, I now stick to the kiddie-spaces or the lazy river. I was in the wave pool recently with my niece and didn't have as much fun as I remember having when I was younger, haha. The park overall is pretty clean and well-maintained. Nothing looks like it desperately needs refurbished or sanitized! There are I believe 3 different "restaurants" onsite and then a handful of drink and dessert stands. You can find aaaall of your theme park favorites: hot dogs, corn dogs, burgers, chicken tenders, fries, nachos, quesadillas, pizza, pretzels, cotton candy, chips, kettle corn, etc. There's also frozen lemonade, dippin' dots ice cream, and a churro food truck onsite! You'll have a great time at NRH2O if it's not ridiculously crowded and you're able to find yourself a little home-base with shade. You can reserve canopies and tables online, but they go fast!
