Highly recommended this place! It was clean, not crowded on the day we went. We will definitely be back. It's a small water park and that's exactly what we wanted. Plenty of tables and chairs in the shade. Give it a try.

This sign was put up specifically because I asked to refund my season pass and just pay for one day ticket

We went everyday when this was Hawaiian falls. So we expected the same experience. It's not! We were there for only an hour. I asked for a refund on our season pass and was ok with just paying for the day. The manager Shelly was VERY rude! we didn't feel we would ever return. The park was empty like as in the parking lot had 20 cars or less. Great you would think but not when your child is alone and can't even make a friend to play with because no one is there!! Totally not worth the money. We will go once a week because we bought a pass and at least have to get our money worth. Don't waste your time or money!

I've been twice and had a great experience each time. Very clean and the lines weren't very long, though I was there on weekdays.

He loves waterparks more than anything in life, but we've already been to Great Wolf Lodge on multiple occasions, and we preferred to book with Bonvoy points over shelling out the cash for GWL. Plus, we didn't have a ton of waterpark time on the schedule - win, win, win. One thing that was frustrating is that there was zero record anywhere on the internet of the height requirement for the slides here. Well, internet, I'm here to save you with the answers. We have a son that was 43" as of this visit, and he would be crushed to get his hopes up about doing these slides, only to find out that he's not allowed to. There's one big water "castle" with 3 slides. Those requirements are 42". We actually came here a couple of years ago and he definitely did those slides then, and he was most certainly not 42" then. So I'm not sure if they just changed these or they just weren't enforcing the rules in 2023, but they definitely were measuring him on this visit. Then there's one bigger water slide that's stand alone. The requirements are that you have to be 48" to ride freely, but 42-47" is ok with a life jacket. And then the same restrictions apply to the zip line where you can jump in the water after hanging from several feet above the water. The annoying thing about this was that we were there early in the morning and were the only ones doing it. Yet the lifeguard literally measured my son each time he walked up, despite the fact that he was literally doing it over and over again with no one else around. Make it make sense. Overall, this is not the most amazing waterpark you'll find. But when you book with points, all you have to pay is the resort fee and for parking. It's pretty good bang for your buck when you think about it in those terms.

We specifically planned our day around visiting the water park and arrived around 1 PM expecting to stay until closing. Unfortunately, the park was closed around 4 PM due to approaching weather. While I completely understand that safety comes first, what disappointed me was how ResortPass handled the situation afterward. Despite the fact that we lost most of the experience we paid for and had no opportunity to return because my family had already left the country, ResortPass only offered a 50% refund. They based their calculation on the park's total operating hours rather than the actual circumstances of our visit. Parking costs were not addressed, and the fact that future tickets would be useless to us seemed to be ignored. After further discussions, the only additional compensation offered was a 20% discount on a future ResortPass booking, which provides little value considering the situation. Customer service was polite, but the final resolution felt disappointing and did not reflect the unique circumstances of our visit. I expected a company that values customer experience to handle this situation more fairly. Would not book through ResortPass / Paradise Springs again based on how this issue was resolved.

My favorite slide was the big yellow Tsunami and of course, the Lazy River. The loungers are so relaxing and I got quite a tan :D We purchased our tickets on Groupon which were easy to redeem. Additionally, my family brought a small soft cooler with food and drinks, which they do check for glass so be prepared to open every bag up to show them! My group reserved the cabanas in the back, and our servers were amazing! Of course we had to take the frozen strawberry margaritas for a spin. The food all smelled great too. Parking was plentifully, just don't park on the grass! Apparently that is a problem, so there was a police out there enforcing it. A fun and relaxing day was had by all family members!

Many of the sprayers in the river and on the large climbing structure did not work. The employees were busy texting versuses taking care of customers at the shops. The HTEAO tea tasted like it had been sitting there for a couple of days. The park had one employee scanning tickets on entry and checking bags, so there was a long line for entry. I bought a souvenir cup and it doesn't even come with the 1st drink. Two positive experiences that I had were with the supervisor in the rental area was very helpful and when I had to go to the 1st aid station. My family and I will not be returning.

So first of all, I love that there were no kids running around and it was a grown and sexy vibe, they had a DJ and they had different areas that were selling drinks and food I believe. So when I have seen commercials, I will admit that I thought that the lazy river was bigger and I thought there were more rides. The night I went, not all the rides were opened, I don't know if that's because it was a grown party or if they didn't have enough lifeguards. Regardless though, I had a great time, I hang out with my friends for about 2 hours. There was one point, where there was a big group between the wave runner and the lazy river that were having a dance party and doing line dances. I was able to get discounted tickets because we bought them early, so if I have the opportunity to do it again, I definitely would.

I don't think regular pricing reflects the experience, so we wait for deals and go in the off season, spring break in the summer is crazy packed unless you go right at open in a weekday, and even then lines get long before noon. I would never go on a weekend. It is also incredibly humid so bring tons of water, more than you would think. The rises are great, the staff is well trained and super sweet, and the side activities or entertainment they get occasionally is always a great addition. The crowding really does take away from the experience though.

I'm betting they wouldn't even know if someone drown unless someone in water told them . They look like robots at their stations. Best dang water park with the most incredible management and lifeguard team. Truly something to be valued in this day and age. As we were in the lazy river, right as we came around the corner, a lifeguard jumped in and pulled out what appeared to be a dead 2 year old baby. It turned out to be a dummy and it was just a drill, but I had no idea and it sent me into the depths of my PTSD. The way that dummy flopped around in her arms was painfully and terrifyingly familiar. I think I let out a scream or said NOOOOOOOOOOOO... A very nice gentleman that had witnessed the same thing earlier in the day yelled, "It's just a dummy. It was a test." To say I was traumatized is an understatement, but I have to tell you how sincerely impressed I was with their genuine care and concern. I immediately went up to the coordinator shaking and said that my son had drowned and we nearly lost him and that seeing that was hard. I didn't complain because I appreciate they are training for real life situations. I just had to say... something. The young lady was so kind and concerned. (She shared with me there was a sign I must have missed at the front that said they were performing drills.) A little bit later, the manager and his team found me in the park, so they could apologize. Just wow! He offered the most sincere words and begged if he could do anything to make me feel better. Of course I kindly declined but was so incredibly grateful for his and her kindness. I was overwhelmed by their authentic concern for me. Truly heart warming.
