They actually did a good job but I did have to ask to wipe down a spot they missed and I did the $70 mini detailing. The workers were courteous but I think it's a bit overpriced.. The waiting area is on the complete other side of where they work on the inside of your car. It's tiny and I had a feeling they wouldn't come find me all the way over there when my car was finished so I just stood outside the entire time. Went in for a quick exterior wash. A young man in a baseball cap ran out to the kiosk to assist me. He asked if I would like to add the undercarriage wash and a wax for a few dollars extra. Directly after the wash I went and had a tire worked on and saw the underside of my car was completely dry. When I went back to the car wash to confront the manager and the young man, they said sometimes the undercarriage wash doesn't always work and they will offer to manually spray down inside the fender wells. Did not offer the money back. If you want your car washed right, wash it yourself. Waste of money. read more

Top quality equipment and they added multiple full service and personal service areas recently to maximize their space and make it more customer friendly. I paid full price for a car wash and got half the damn wash. Listen, it's like if a deli told me the Mayo is on the counter. If I'm paying you 100 percent for the sandwich I expect 100 percent of the sandwich. This place was running like it was an after hours club in Brooklyn. I did the "Super Wash Plus" which is $40, and honestly even though that's pricey my car looked like it was professionally detailed! The worst car wash not in the area, but in Long Island. Not sure they should be listed as car wash. lazy employees and very not efficient management. I was regularly washing my car at Woodbury car wash in Plainview and very happy but since I moved here, I gave Personal Touch Wash several chances and try them again and again and each time the result was the same. Car come out with stain, dirty windows, smelly (from smelly towels) and not clean from the inside (and all that for $40 car wash). First time the manager himself took the car in again as he totally agree it was not clean and service the car himself. Last time, no one cared. I have always been a fan of Bohemia car wash on lakeland ave. My wife has the monthly pass and never had a problem. Last week my wife saw marks on her hood and took it for granted it came from the car wash, I went yesterday and spoke to the manager, he assured me it wasn't from the car wash and he was right!!! He showed me the footage from the last few times i was there going back 3 weeks. I apologized and what did he do, he had a worker buff the hood and you can barely see it. Place is a rip off. I went there today to bring my brand new 2019 vehicle because a bottle of Gatorade spilled all over the interior. Told him i just wanted the inside done because again, it's a brand new car i didn't need a full wash. He told me the only way they'll clean my ONE seat is if i pay for the ultimate car was that was $43. So for $43 they cleaned the entire outside, which looked very nice, but left a lot of residue. The inside was cleaned terribly. Mind you the inside was already spotless due to it being a brand new car, they failed to clean the mats, which STILL had Gatorade all over the all weather mats, dry Gatorade spot on the back seat, and red dots all over the sides. Will not come back and waste another $43 on an "ultimate car wash". Only good part was that they vacuumed my one seat which is what i only really needed, but they supposedly couldn't do that without charging me $43 because "they didn't know how to charge me". I didn't take the car or else i wouldn't have left until it was a $43 worthy detail. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, you'll probably get your moneys worth anywhere else. But for $43 to vacuum one seat & leave gatorade all over my car still? No thanks. Update for the owner: as i specifically said in my review - someone else did take it. How is Gatorade impossible to remove on all weather carpets? They aren't cloth, it didn't even look attempted to be cleaned. There were red dots on my leather spots that could have been removed with a simple wet towel, but yet was still there. My other carpet didn't even look attempted to be clean as there was dirt on it (again which was a weather mat and could've been cleaned with water). It's a brand new car that was purchased less than a month ago, so how dirty would it have been with zero people sitting in the back? You had one job to remove the Gatorade from the seats and the mats. One which was done correctly, the other didn't even seem like an attempt. I purchased your most expensive car wash and now shampooing doesn't come with it? That's a rip off in itself. The only reason we agreed for the ultimate car wash is because someone there told us that's the only way you could shampoo my seat. Thank you for trying, but i will not be returning. And people should definitely take there services someone else because i definitely wouldn't have agreed to an ultimate car wash if a shampoo package was cheaper since i only specifically wanted my seat and carpets cleaned. DO NOT COME HERE. At first everything went well. I got a car wash, I was happy with it so I purchased an unlimited pass in December 2018. I had recently purchased my Mercedes in November 2018 so I was excited to have my new vehicle cleaned as often as possible. As time went on the disappointment began. The car was not always as clean as I would've liked it but honestly no car wash is perfect when it comes to spotless cleaning. I am very observant of my new vehicle because I am proud of it. One day after a wash I went to vacuum the vehicle at the self vacuum station they have and I realized 3/4 rims were damaged (the drivers side front rim had deep scratches in multiple locations, and the two passenger side rims seemed as if someone took a Brillo pad and rubbed it against the rim). As I stated I had just bought the car, the rims were new and not even I touched them because as soon as I got the car I went to this car wash and after 1 wash figured I'd buy the unlimited pass. I spoke to an individual who advised they will fix the one rim with the deep cut scratches on it but that there is no way that they can take responsibility for the other rims that look as if they were rubbed on by a brillo pad because "that side of the car rides free". *The reason they said the rim with the deep scratches was damaged was because a truck broke there track that the car rides on and my car was one of the following cars*. I thought maybe while off the track something scratched or rubbed the other two rims being that it was abnormally on the track or I thought it was a chemical they were using. Sure enough everyone I showed first reaction was "it has to be a chemical they are using". I told the owner this as I thought this was an option as to how it was ruined and he denied and stated its brake dust that dried up with the heat that caused the damage to the rims. I went to the dealership to confirm if that is a possibility because hey if that was the case then fine I would repair them myself. Here is the Link of the Techs response. I had him fix the 1 rim while I did research on the other 2 (taking it to the dealership to ask if it was indeed the brake dust as the owner told me). He no longer wanted to speak after I sent him the Mercedes dealership techs response... I advised the owner it is not worth losing potential customers due to me writing this review and my word of mouth then to just pay the $300 total to have the other two rims fixed.
