I don't know anything at all regarding courts, forms, process or anything legally at all. I feel I was just being talked to in circles, I still am just as lost as ever. You mentioned I need to file a pleading. Don't have the faintest idea what that is, is it a form? The name of the form? How to get or find it? Like I said I'm still as lost as I was. Yes my husband falsely filed in your county and I am 5 hours away that is not your problem. I know $250.00 is nothing to you but is a lot to me right now and I feel like I was naively taking advantage of. And when I made my initial call to you, you also said because my husband and I both filed that I didn't have to pay your retainer that I can pay as we go on items.. Did that mean the $3000.00 you were requesting was to fill the plead form?
