Chris has been one of these fairies- for both me and my dog. She is a wonderful healer...because the true effectiveness of energy medicine doesn't solely come from healing touch, it comes from the power of the pure love and intention that underlie the healing touch...and it coincides with learning to better love oneself through a change in mindset. Chris provides all of these things in abundance to her clients. Chris was the only healer my highly intuitive/sensitive dog openly welcomed and invited into her private space...which to me, spoke volumes

If you're looking to help undo negative patterns in your life, and find routes to healing from…read moresevere trauma, Chris is an absolute guiding light. Her practice gently holds your hand through the process and helps guide you through your healing and pattern breaking journeys. She helps clear out the energy in your body using Reiki, and has the most gentle and intuitive way of weeding out the root of issues through her counseling. I was so impressed with the ability to pinpoint certain reflective patterns in my life and the root of their cause. It was really amazing to see how I progressed as we went along through the sessions. It is something that is worth investing in and showing up consistently for to see results over time, although you can see results with just one session. The Reiki can help clear out physical pain as Chris has helped me with this regarding my fractured leg and other injuries. Regarding my emotional & mental healing journey, Chris reached out to me and offered her services after the devastating and traumatic loss of my mom. I had a good feeling and accepted her offer. The grief was blinding and insurmountable and layered on top of plenty of other issues in my young adult life. Showing up to the first session, I felt so held and seen and safe in the room and was able to dive into some really heavy things to help process and adjust the root of the pain. Chris helped me every step of the way and I think her practice is super unique and supportive for people dealing with trauma, grief, physical pain, the inability to break certain unhealthy patterns, you name it. The combination of using Reiki in conjunction with her gentle counseling towards the root of issues in your life, is in my opinion, one of the best ways to heal and break patterns I have found. Throughout knowing Chris, I experienced two other losses and her practice helped me process the grief and the pain that was layered on top of plenty of other relational and personal issues in the most gentle and healthy healing way. Chris herself is one of the most gentle, sensitive, neutral/non judgmental (sometimes you feel this with counselors) and intuitive people I know. She opened her home to me and to my loved ones and has been there in any time of need. Without asking for anything and without hesitation, she has been a generous and loving supporter of me in my life outside of her practice, it is who she is as a person. I feel this is so important for the person providing healing services to be an example of their practice in the moments of their life outside of the office, and Chris is a shining example of that. I absolutely love and adore Chris, and would recommend her first to people who truly need healing and processing of grief, messed up life situations, and physical pain. Her office also is such a beautiful sanctuary and even just stepping in, you feel like you can exhale. I highly recommend you give Chris and her practice a try if you are hitting walls and blinded by pain, trauma or grief. Thank you Chris

Amy gave me the confidence I needed to dive into the job hunt. The main reason I chose Amy was because of her approach to coaching where she focused on strengths, values and positivity. What I loved the most about working with her was that her recommendations were always based on who I am as a person. She spent a lot of time getting to know me, which helped the both of us become grounded in who I am. She listened to me with energy and without judgement. Although she was technically my "career coach", she organically gave thoughtful advice that helped guide my new life, which I didn't realize I needed until these sessions. When I felt bad about not prioritizing my job search, she encouraged me to take the time I needed to build healthy habits that would stick with me for the rest of my life (meditation, running, yoga). After moving across the country without a secure job and without my family around for emotional support, Amy was really the first person to tell me that I should be confident in the skills I had going into my new life here in Colorado. Above all, she showed me how I can lean into my personal strengths, by helping me see how even my softest skills can be used to make me stand out in the work place. As someone fresh into their career, it was incredibly helpful for me to learn how to tailor my experience & personal strengths to fit the job requirements in even an unrelated field. When there were long periods of time in between sessions and I'd feel unsure again about my decision to quit my job in NYC and move to Denver, I'd meet with Amy and she'd remind me that I am more than capable of making this work. I loved my time working with Amy and feel grateful for the confidence she gave me to succeed!

We had four sessions, and I'm planning on continuing with him since what I was able to accomplish in just over a month surprised both of us! One of the insights I gained working with him was that being in action with my primary vision is itself motivating and confidence-building. Doing nothing just kept me spinning in fear and doubt. But getting content out there, noticing how people responded positively, and feeling the gratification of producing something worthwhile - from my heart and soul - was a big boost to my energy and motivation. Now I'm actually inspired to create mediocre work! LOL, I know that's the secret to overcoming perfectionism and procrastination, recognizing that iterating with refinements over what began as mediocre promises to get closer and closer to greatness. After five sessions I was working steadily on three big personal projects, one of which I had only intermittently been tackling, and two of which I had procrastinated on for nearly a year. She said it was a gift, alleviating me from paying the remaining 4,555 for the rest of the 6 month program. So many unethical things, it would be a book to write out. After this incredibly shocking and painful experience, I would just like to end by saying that if you are going to pay a substantial amount of money to someone, and put trust in them as your leader and teacher, make sure they truly value humans, have ethics and meet their promises and advertisements with integrity.

Maria is a key guide in this and in helping co discover who you are on all aspects. She's been a superior guide to me and she is spiritually and etherically precocious. I am a student of energies and a practitioner of healing. Healers need healing and I found a perfect source of this through Maria's energy, psychic and medicine leadership. It's an intuitive healing that comes from her naturally and works. For my son-14 now-he's had 2 sessions with her. He experienced extreme trauma when his stepdad was tragically murdered. He completely shut down for 4 years and went into an AI world of video games and no empathy/feelings/attention to the real world. After a 2 hour session of psychic extraction (psychic trauma work) from Maria Torres, he was changed. I mean a complete 180. His eyes were not glazed over, his attention came back, he started to participate and communicate. His grades went from C, D & F's to A and B's. I'm serious....immediate change. He started remembering and sharing experiences of him and his step dad. He began to process and grieve. After years of trying traditional therapy and begging Dr's for help and doing all that I could, this energy session released the trauma trappings and lifted his veil so he could come back to body and Earth. I am thankful that we have Maria and my son and I will continue to work with her for our health and growth. Our past life reading that she did for us today was literally...out of this world...and resonates with us both. We are here to feel...to heal...to grow. Our non-linear lives (other lives) are creating technology and purpose elsewhere that we are going to tap into for growth while here. Maria is a warrior, a healer, a psychic phenomenon and a wonderful human. I highly recommend you utilize your opportunity for her to share her gifts with you and your loved ones. Namaste :)
