For not much more than it would have cost to pay someone to install Christmas lights for a few weeks and then remove them, we now have a system that is permanently installed and actually enhances the architectural details of our home. The entire system can be controlled from our iPhone with hundreds of light choices and patterns. We especially like the fact that the system can also be used for accent lighting as well as for Holidays. One other detail that impressed us greatly. Mark started the installation process at 830 in the morning and continued until almost MIDNIGHT without a break. The prices are now outrageous, and the customer service--which used to be a strong point--is practically nonexistent. I live in San Diego and only stop by this store when I'm in the area. In the past, I've spent hundreds of dollars here and genuinely enjoyed shopping. Unfortunately, this visit was so bad that I won't be returning. Not a single employee greeted us or offered help. Instead, employees were unfriendly, rude, and completely disengaged. To make matters worse, one of the employees passed gas right as I was walking by, and then laughed as I walked through it. That alone was enough to make us leave immediately. We were the only customers in the store, which says a lot, and the way we were treated makes it even less surprising. It's sad to see what this place has become. I wouldn't be surprised if it closes soon if this is how customers are treated. I'll be taking my business online from now on. It's disappointing, because this store used to be a favorite when visiting--but those days are clearly over.

The store has a lot of options available- any costumes imaginable for any age group is available. The prices seemed reasonable, there's also items that was marked SALE or marked down. The workers that were in the store during the time we were there seemed polite, friendly and helpful. We were looking for Pokémon stuff, but they don't have any on stock during that time. The inside is not very clean and the employees (given they are high schoolers) do not know anything about any products and could not care less. Prices are high especially for the quality. You're better off going to goodwill and making your own costume. Would not recommend.
