Their men's bathroom is spacious and clean - big enough to freshen up, not just use the facilities. There is a Hardee's connected to Love's. We grabbed a couple of biscuits and, not surprisingly, the wait took a bit - just like home! Overall, this Love's a good spot. Nothing special about it (outside of it looking brand new), but it's excellent that there's nothing terribly wrong with it. I'll keep this spot in mind whenever I'm traveling on 85. In reality, that's their issue and not a big concern to me as the gas prices are after all on the pumps themselves. That speaks volumes to me, especially given the number of people that likely visit in one day. The Hot Spot store itself has many options, even souvenirs. What I loved most was the staff. They opened another lane however that took the bagger away from my lane. So the cashier had to not only ring up my groceries... But she also had to bag them. I stepped in and helped. Jan worked really really hard to get me out quickly however; waited five minutes for an override before she could even begin ringing up my groceries. The only manager on duty looked like he was working a western union transaction. I really think the management at this Publix needs to look at their staffing problem. Overall, I love this grocery store normally... I had a really bad experience and I am hoping this review will help remedy this problem.
