I went through far faster than any of my previous times... well, it didn't get my car clean; and I don't mean little places here and there, but large swaths weren't clean. I complained to the office. They sent a guy out. He had already credited me $25 for the wash. I showed him the dirty door panels, etc on my car. I asked if I was just imagining going through the wash faster? He said no. He told me the owners had them speed up the line during pollen season bc so many of the monthly subscribers were using it. He asked the owners if he could dial it back down over summer to the normal speed and he was told no, leave it as is and if anyone complains just credit them for their wash. Update: The owner contacted me. He said they had changed out some of their equipment. Invited me to come back for a complimentary car wash. I got the wash. It was better this time. It Was glad the owner did contact me to ask about my experience and offer me a freebie.

There's a huge amount of pedestrian foot traffic coming in and going out! The entire store area was perfectly stocked! Again I wouldn't have thought that was possible with customers grabbing up cold drinks and snacks at a fast pace. The TA associates were welcoming and friendly and not at all pushy! The rest of this place was like any other in this category but I reintegrate; the cleanliness was shocking! There's plenty of retail items that a trucker might need also. The gas prices for cars were reasonable at 2.85 USD. per. gal. Considering that this TA truck stop is adjacent to I-85 that's a really good price. Again this place is stunningly clean and perfectly stocked! Great Job TA!

They offer a shuttle service, and the owner who is super kind will personally take you home and pick you up while your car is being worked on. Their prices are very reasonable, and they are genuinely some of the nicest people you'll meet. I had issues with the last place I'd been going to because they always called with some other major thing that was supposedly wrong with my car to charge me extra for something every time I went in--even when I was already paying for major repairs. I know it's because I'm a female and they would try to scare me into more work being done. Choosing Pro Tire was the best decision I could have made. I will definitely be returning for future service. Thank you so much. I'm truly blown away by the kindness and generosity. You just don't experience that kind of service very often these days.

They each had a nice snap to them so I knew they were quality hotdogs. Today I stopped by and got some hotdogs from skins and unfortunately they were all very soft and mushy very similar to ballpark hotdogs. So today I do believe you have lost my business. It appears this particular store has changed their hot dogs and are using the kind I can purchase from the grocery store and make for myself at home. so nothing special. Also, I got one with chili on it which really was nothing but ground up meat. There was no real chili sauce. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.

Heartbreaking Experience - Complete Failure in Service and Compassion…read more I took my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube at 1930 Poinsett Hwy, Greenville, SC on October 15, 2025, for a diagnostic and other services. My car had a few issues but was running fine when I brought it in. The very next day, it wouldn't start at all. An employee tried to drive it to a nearby gas station, where it completely broke down and became inoperable. My car was left there, and I was offered no help or support to get it back. Later, I was told the head gasket had blown and that no refund or solution would be provided. What made this even more devastating is that the manager watched me scramble to find money to fix my car, knowing I needed it to attend my grandmother's funeral. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Because of this experience, I lost both money and my vehicle. Jiffy Lube truly failed me--both in service and in basic human decency. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
