The physiotherapists in the clinic are knowledgable, nice, and genuinely concerned with your ailment. I have Cystic Fibrosis and they even did some extra research on their own time (in between my appointments during the week) and found medical journal articles related to CF and it's affects on arthritis and joints, etc. Far above and beyond what most physiotherapists would ever do for their patients.
