Neck issues are especially tricky, as working in an office environment can really stiffen up your back and neck since you're in the same position for a long time. Susanna is great at her craft, as I found I was able to finally have some relief and get my range of motion back. Will be going back here as long as I need to. The main con is some RMTs get booked up very fast, or their availability is limited, so you either have to book months in advance or take a day off to be able to get an appointment. Parking is a bit tricky here too, as it's in Kits and there's only side-street parking, which is full most of the time.

She is always on time, very efficient, and always very professional. She also listens to what areas have bothered you since you last saw her and adjusts her approach.

Upon entering, I was greeted by Jamie who I could tell right away was really keen and kind. My consultation was thorough and I felt listened to. Jamie warned me of her strong pressure, but it was exactly what I have been searching for in an RMT. She is so knowledgeable and really kneaded through my super tight spots. A huge bonus was the great music she played throughout our session. I would recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a change of scenery (seriously, this space is amazing) and who's not afraid of a strong hand. Jamie is the SUPER!

I love how mats, blocks, etc are all provided and the amenities are also great - showers are always cleaned and stocked. They also have tea on sight. The upstairs yoga studio is absolutely beautiful with floor to ceiling glass windows and lets alot of light in. The classes are a hit or miss for me - I'd say some classes are really good and usually full (empower flow and yogalates) while some of the other classes are not as enjoyable and a bit slow. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I reccomend popping in during their $15 Happy hour class deals, since they will no longer be on Classpass in May.

I am a regular massage person, because I seem to constantly be falling apart, and this is my go to place now. Justin I have seen for a few years as he was at my previous clinic. This guy knows his stuff and really tries to cover all the angles of what might be causing your issues. He thinks outside the box and offers up useful referrals to other health professionals if he thinks there is a change you can further improve your pain/issues. Justin is also training to become an Osteopath and so he has even more in-depth knowledge of the human body and another way to look at things. Muscles, bones, organs.... It turns out it's all connected!! Lol I was impressed from the beginning with this guys smarts but also with his bed side manner. Very professional, but also knows you are there to relax. By this I mean things like; an eye mask when you are on your back with the lights pleasantly dimmed, a diffuser running to keep the room smelling nice, sometimes he will even wave some essential oils over your face as a finishing touch! Classy!! Justin is an all around great guy who will listen to you and work hard to help you out. Kathleen is a new therapist for me. I have only seen her a couple times and I am very happy with her care. She is excellent with lower body massage. I have had many massages in the past where I specify glute discomfort/pain or tight hamstrings and I leave feeling like they weren't massaged at all. Kathleen my legs are are looking forward to their next visit!!! I actually felt looser in my quads when I left and boy did that make my IMS appointment less painful the next day!! Kathleen also had some special unique skills herself. Ask her about the suction cups lol! Also, she will offer up some exercises to help you with muscle imbalances if she has an idea of what may be cause of the pain. Excellent staff hands down! Clean and nice little massage room. Blue cross/Extended benefit ready. Hate sending in receipts. Good location. Lots of bike parking. Street parking for you need it. Starbucks across the street too!

I was unable to attend that appointment and did write in my response that I will keep my original appointment time. No further emails were sent to me to confirm my claim. I arrived on the date of my appointment time. Justin claimed there was no appointment made! According to Justin, the computer system is right and I am wrong. Absolutely, no apologies coming from Justin. Justin insists I did not make an appointment. So, get lost and do not come back! Really, Justin told me to go somewhere else. His choice, his clinic. No social graces, whatsoever. He may be good at his profession. I will never know. However, as for the person that he exemplified to me during this regrettable exchange of views, he failed as a courteous and considerate human being. My first loss, is my best loss.

Dara and Channy were absolutely professional and fantastic. I had a lot of muscle soreness from exercise recently and the massage was so therapeutic I felt so much better after the treatment. Pricing was reasonable and the location was easy to find. Parking on nearby streets was easy considering parking overall in Vancouver is a pain in the butt. With the massage I specifically requested treatment at the neck, shoulders and the legs. She was able to apply the perfect amount of pressure. Her technique with stretching my soft tissues were also very much appreciated. I have had tons of massage therapies before, including multiple ones recently in Bali, but today's massage ranks one of the best ones I have ever had. It's not in a luxury resort, not in some fancy establishment, but you will get luxury treatment. I am very appreciative of their expertise and care today. So much so, I also made an Instagram video of my experience here. Thank you Dara and Channy!

Two years ago, my lower back was so sore I thought I had a kidney infection. It was a Sunday and I couldn't bear the thought of the hospital wait. I went to try him and he massaged it right out. It took a couple more sessions but it was almost completely gone after the first one. Some months later I had problems with leg cramps - all gone. In every case, he isolated the muscles responsible and knew which muscles on the other side were causing the tendency. This past month I've been suffering with increasing pain in my right buttock that radiates right down to my knee. Two massages since Monday and I can feel no trace of the piriformis that has been making me limp down the street and keeping me awake at night for weeks. I don't know how he does it.
