I am a frequent patient at Portland Spine Stop every other week! I have been going for years in order to maintain my mobility and keep doing the things I love. Unfortunately over the weekend I got a neck injury that kept me from being able to turn my head or sleep. After going today to get some medicine from my primary care physician I decided to go to the chiropractor for more immediate relief. I explained my symptoms to Dr. Rachel and was treated right away with plenty of communication on what was going on. I got an adjustment and used the tens unit. I am able to move my neck better than I've been able to in days. There is some soreness but the relief is worth it and I look forward to following up for more assistance on this injury. read more
