My 4pm appointment on 1/12/26 was interesting, Bailey was phenomenal and extremely helpful. Despite…read morebeing understaffed and unappreciated (unfortunately most of the time by stressed and sick individuals), these two healthcare workers held their own. Especially after an unruly woman, and her apparent teenage son, shouted obscenities and inaccurate statements at Bailey. Miss Rude Lady with a Laptop, I'd give you zero stars for the inappropriate way you channeled your stress, and apparent entitlement. What do you mean you were waiting 30 minutes and couldn't see the Kiosk (I checked in at) to the literal left of the receptionist desk? You had your laptop, the email entails EVERYTHING you need to know in order to check into the appointment. In what world does someone not have to wait a WHILE to be seen by a doctor, anyway? You shouted at someone who was there to help your son, calling her racist, and expressed INSANE political assumptions. How was Bailey stating they're understaffed and "I don't want to be spoken disrespectfully to", racist? Weirdo. Would you respond well to someone, two people CHARGING at you, shoving a finger and YELLING, in your face? Let's not get started on how disrespectful your son was, illegally trying to videotape the situation and attempt to intimidate a professional by rushing her; you should be ashamed of yourself. Had you taken your breaths and calmed down, he would have gotten the help he needed! But no he wasn't seen, and now y'all can't go back ever, because you wanted to act a donkey. Be a better human and mother! The world is crazy and we need kindness, patience, compassion--instead of hatred!! Shout out to all the human beings doing their best, and PSA don't verbally abuse people!!

I've never had intentions to talk ill of a place but I care about the safety of other young women. I've gone to this practice for birth control and my experience was good and I felt comfortable with my doctor. My second appointment was pleasant as well and the nurses here are wonderful along with the front staff!! These people are so kind and made me feel so comfortable but when it came to the doctor... My latest appointment was my first check up on the baby. The nurse was so sweet and polite and made me feel so safe and comfortable I politely asked if any exams were to be done if I could be please request a female doctor. She was so kind and told me that she could talk to the doctor in making that happen. When the doctor came in he came in smacking gum and annoyed with me and my partner he couldn't even make eye contact with me at all. He told me that I needed to find a different practice because all they had were male doctors and that's who would be taking care of me and then he walked out of the room. Me and my partner we're left there in the room shocked and alone.
