Even the price was fair compared to the other quotes we've received. The firm manager, Monica, was awesome, professional and helpful. The survey technicians were nice, courteous, and overall professional. Even the office assistant who answers the phone is well-mannered. They are so professional, they didn't even disturb anyone unlike the survey company that my neighbor hired who ended up removing OUR wall (a wall that's ours and on our property which is there to keep our pet safe) without notifying us first. GMON, a company whose team presents themselves with professionalism and honesty is rare. I would 100% recommend GMON to everyone.

I am an Eaton Fire victim and need a survey to rebuild. They seemed like they were fairly…read moreefficient in the beginning but communication was always bad. At any rate they never produced a survey. It is past the 90 day window and the couple communications are full of excuses about it being done months ago and they are going to investigate asap. I am sorry I did not do a more thorough check on the internet. Maybe they were ok when they had a license but Kacie has a license that was revoked in January of 2025 and since they have never given us nor the County the survey I do not know who is supposed to be doing it. This is the first time in my nearly 70 years of living on this earth that I have been scammed. They put up markers and stakes for their snake oil survey. Avoid like the plague! According to the state licensing Board, there are a lot of complaints about Kacie. If hiring a surveyor, please contact the Board first, kind of like you would do when looking at a contractor. Currently, this yelp metric being affected by positive old reviews since most of the new ones are noting this issue that no product gets delivered. It is too bad, my husband an engineer and his colleagues would never do anything like this, so was a little too trusting! I will add the company to the list that I believe the County is making of unlicensed contractors taking advantage of the January 2025 wildfire victims...as if we did not suffer enough!!
