I would ask to speak to Kacie that she has been very helpful and detailed that explained everything clearly as a first time person like me doing this. The crews that came to my house did the survey map is efficient, arrived early, and explained the measurements afterwards. They also offered extra yard stakes on one of our sides no cost. They also willing to take time to do conference calls and explain the map. Price is very reasonable compared to others that I quoted. She also admitted that the reviews she made me take down were completely true on both occasions. The firm has completely ghosted me. Will not take any of my phone calls, will not respond to emails, and will not give me the services I paid for. First I was told June 14th they'd be done that week. Then June 30th I was told by Thursday. Now they will not respond to me whatsoever. This text is one of many examples I have. But it was one thing to not follow through on promises made as that text shows. It's a much worse thing to just not render services paid for whatsoever. I needed a new fence built but only knew about where my properly line was. Rather than putting it where I guessed it was, I knew I needed a survey to be sure and not need to have the new fence redone sometime down the road. I met the field crew from C&P doing a neighbor's property and, after talking to them, seeing their focus on their project and talking to the owner, I felt they were the the surveyors I knew I could trust and be confident of their work. They were able to fit my survey in on a very short notice and again, the field tech answered my questions, described the process and gave me a clear understanding of the survey offset I needed around my tree and landscaping. As a note, the survey showed my existing fence (that is going to be replaced) was several inches into the neighbor's property and, without the survey, I would have put the new one in the wrong place. I answered a few questions that she had during our initial phone call, she had taken the time to look up my property on the Internet, and was able to give me a rough quote, which was more-or-less what I ended up paying upon conclusion of their services. Now my property has markers/monuments to denote each angle of the property, even going up the slope of a hill through thick brush. I have peace-of-mind that when I build a fence to replace the old one or when I work on the yard that I am clear on what is my property and what is the property of the neighbor.
