Staff is very knowledgeable and they are a Glock Retailer, so that means they have nearly all models in stock if you are looking to purchase a pistol. They have a nice selection of hunting rifles and have their own gunsmith in shop. They also work with local holster makers who offer both leather and kydex style holsters. I think they are reasonably priced and they do buy used firearms off of you. I would definitely go back here for all my future firearm needs.

Local 'smith looked (twice) and basically told me it was me and not the gun. And here's the bill. Luckily I am relatively local to the Maine shop, and called them to discuss. Before I could complete the problem description Kelly was finishing my sentences. Got it up to them for repair and went with a full tune up, since it was going to be in pieces on the bench to fix the inertia block. Great service, good turn-around. Pleasure to work with people who respect the guns, their profession, and their customers. Can't speak highly enough about the experience. Based on a limited sample, the work (barrel selector) looks spot on. Haven't gotten out to the SC course yet to exercise the inertia block work, but what I'm seeing so far tells me to expect the same. If you have a Beretta that needs work, don't waste your time with anybody else. The turn-around time can seem painful, but the work is done right, once. Thanks, Cole's. Had I not had the initial experience, This would be a much shorter five-star rating. Based on her efforts, this company lived up to the hype that I'd heard before purchasing. Summary of my initial review: I purchased a gun that I believed to be defective, sent it back, they said it was fine but still had the same issue. There was a serious of minor inconveniences that compounded to create an overall negative experience. It was fairly pricey (at least to me), so I felt it could have gone better the first time around. Things happen, she made it right.
