It's nice and clean in here and they have high capacity washers that take up to 8 loads. We come here to clean our dog bedding and washable rugs. It cost about $8.50 for a 6 load washer, which is reasonable priced. It's in same shopping complex as Starbucks if you want to go get a coffee. The only thing I didn't care for is that the minimum for a wash card is $10 and minimum $10 to reload the card. There isn't a restroom but hey Starbucks is right there read more

I used to like coming here up until they decided to raise the prices because they decided to go a new way to charge people. This used to be open at 7-730 now it's 8 o'clock and you got people see waiting till 830 like me. They also raise the prices especially on the dryer now they stole minutes as opposed to giving you more minutes so it used to be 25 cents for 6 minutes. Now it's 65 cents percentminutes if that and you're lucky to get a machine or dryer that works properly. I messaged them on Facebook I called different numbers nothing and it's now 830 and we're still waiting. Get your head out of your behind and have somebody open this place up like they're supposed to be doing I don't know who's in charge now or who's dropping the ball but somebody needs to pick it up. Square yourself away there's people that come super early to avoid the lines to avoid the machines being taken up are to avoid people in general you know veterans with PTSD or just anyone with PTSD. I guess I'll sit here and continue to wait because I'm not trying to go the other laundromat with all the detours and roll construction. read more

New management is worst the dryers suck and hardly stuffed dryer and clothes wet. Garbage everywhere on ground and one time I was there manager or whomever was pissed was there 20 min before closing and clearly I was folding my clothes he said something like we close at 9! What brings us in today you might ask? A load of dirty laundry, or just here to find Dobby a sock, No actually here for those big hard to wash blankets in prep for the winter weather that approaches. As far as clean its 50/50, especially clean around the machines which means none of that old soap gunk. A few crumbed papers here and there that people left behind. No TVs or Wifi so bring a book or something for entertainment. A bonus is that its a few doors down from Dollar Tree so if you run out of soap you can get some on the cheap! What can I say? typical Laundrymatt with washers and dryers, Weirdos seem to congregate in these places, there were a couple of "characters" in there, but I don't go there looking for a date LOL, It was reasonably clean and no disgusting smells, so thats a PLUS!! It was 25 cents for 5 minutes in the dryer, Sears failed to fix my dryer so I had to carry wet clothes to someplace to dry them or let them sit and sour for the weekend so... Back in the day, there was someone always here assisting anyone who needed help, cleaning the floors and what not, had a restroom you could use, and the machines were still a good price to wash. Now, there is no one no longer here doing NOTHING, and a lock bathroom , and the machines are a lot more money ! I'm confused , you take everything you had going for this place and the prices go up?! Basic, no frills, clean, and adequate. Attendant on duty 10am-4pm daily, except Weds. Several sizes of washers & dryers at varying prices. Dryers 25 cents for 6 minutes. Washes range $3.50-$6. The surrounding shopping complex is in average-good shape, in a decent neighborhood. Plenty of food in the area if you need a meal. The machines steal your quarters. There is no attendant on duty, so you have to call one of their other locations. They tell you to hit the machine to unstick the quarters. When that doesn't work you have to wait for someone to drive over to fix the machines and/or reimburse you. Very poor and unfriendly customer service. read more

Went to Spin City on October 24, 2015. Put 5.00 in the machine. It did not count the last quarter. I didn't bring anything else with me as I only go there to wash a blanket that doesn't fit in our washer. Nobody was on duty at 2pm even though their website states someone is there from 10am to 4pm. Called their "emergency" number 3 times before someone answered. She said she would get a hold of the attendant and he would call me. 15 minutes later I had not received any contact so I called back and asked what was happening. She replied with "Well what do you expect me to do about it?" She then hung up to get ahold of the attendant again. A few minutes later she called back to tell me he wouldn't be coming and that his advice was to put more quarters in. When I told her I already had (by this point I was up to 6 dollars in the machine, having found some change in the bottom of my purse) and asked if he was coming to fix it, she said "He's BUSY" in an incredibly rude tone then asked me what I expected them to do. I asked for my money back. She replied with telling me to put my name on a piece of paper and slide it under the door and someone would contact me when they "got around to it". So 6 dollars, a 20 minute round trip, and a still dirty blanket later, nothing was accomplished. This business is INCREDIBLY rude and apparently their solution to a broken machine is for ME to spend more money on it. I won't be returning. I suggest you save money and go to a place whose machines work and whose customer service isn't terrible. All they care about is that they got my money, regardless if I got service. read more

I used to love this place. I liked that it was well maintained and very clean compared to other places I've been to. But, I noticed the last few times I come there things have gone downhill. What was once a very clean, well maintained establishment is now unkempt mess with dirty floors, machines, and no attendants (even on the weekdays). The restrooms are usually closed when there's no attendant around. And when there is an attendant, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desire. I think it's time to find a new laundromat. read more
