Ron's Quality Construction intentionally broke our waterline on 8/10/22 and performed a botched…read morerepair using a cheap coupling part that the Upper Lake Water District had designated as temporary-only. Ron's installed this part without glue or seals and falsely claimed it was a permanent fix. On the morning of 8/31/22, as we attempted to have a plumber inspect the work in the public utility easement, the contractor and neighbors began yelling and cussing at us for intimidation. Despite our plumber digging for over an hour without any initial objection, the neighbor eventually approached him and ordered him to cease digging and leave. We have since obtained a police report from that morning where the neighbor admitted to officers they knew it was our 'plumbing company' digging. This proves the 'unknown trespasser' story the neighbors used in court and to trigger a 'duty to defend' in their home insurance claim was a lie. Ron Valente is directly involved in this perjury and fraud by backing a story he knew was false. This is a direct violation of California Penal Code § 550. After months of being blocked from our own utility line, we finally confirmed it was actively leaking due to Ron's substandard work. I definitely don't recommend using these criminals and avoid at all costs.

I went with them because of their meticulous estimate for our projects and the comfort level I felt with the people who came to our condo to meet me and discuss the project. RPC did excellent work on time and on budget. I was comfortable leaving for the day and coming home to a spotless place, even with the job in mid-project. Everything the estimate included was done. The company provides an app that itemizes every aspect and cost of each part of the project. We decided to go in a completely different direction with the new shower after the job had started. Our project manager, Mike, thought it was a great idea, changed the estimate on the app, and we moved forward. I called 3 contractors recommended by a friend in the industry and LCC returned my call the next morning and came by the next day. Still waiting to hear from the others. Rob came by and we looked over the header and the deck gave me his recommendations and had the estimate within a couple of days. Got tired of waiting for the other bids and LCC's estimate was fine for me. Their crew was professional, courteous and very protective of my house inside and out. Finished job was better than I could have imagined. There is a reason why they have been around so long, they're the best!
