Hella disappointed on the amateur tints. scratches all over the tints dust and bubbles everywhere jagged cuts on the corner of the tints. multiple cuts on the exterior of my brand new car. ** advertised on Instagram as having digitally printed tints (they do free hand here). All these photos are AFTER after they redid some of the windows. Ceramic Coat (10 years) who know if that's what they applied! they did not do a paint correction before applying Ceramic coat (alot of swirls is visible) I'm not sure if those swirls is trapped now. Just because my car was new doesn't mean you can skip steps. unfortunately I was not able to see all the missed mistakes, as it was a dark and rainy day I picked up. read more

John overcharged me, wasted my time with a badly done "detail". My car was SOAKING WET FOR 4 DAYS! On top of that: the shop ended up charging me $270, because they LIED and added a $25 tip which I didn't give them onto the bill!! After calling John, he only refunded me the $25 for the "tip" THEY gave themselves, and isn't refunding me the rest of the money. NEVER GO HERE! If it was possible I would drop zero stars on this company and quote "owner" LOL DO NOT UNDER ANY DEALS CONE TO THIS PLACE. It is truly shameful to still have people and company's like this in today's day and age! Package - spring detail in and out also 2 stage buff and wax -$280 I drop off the car in the morning and told them I will be there in the evening to pick up. They said they might not be able to complete it because it is a lot of work on an Audi TT... I was fine if they only did the interior and exterior wash and the buff I would come another time. " THEY DID IT ALL FOR ME IN TIME" I was in a rush so I payed got in the car and drove off. Once I got home I started looking... Carpets not vacuumed in the hard to reach areas console not cleaned in the little crevices! So that got me thinking let me look all over! Seats front and rear on the edges there is a little grove it was still filled with dirt not even vacuumed just wiped with a cleaner!!! Carpet shampoo only on the driver side because that's all that was included in the package!!! ( how can you say that so why dose ur ads say carpet shampoo then!!) rims not cleaned at all! Just tire shine and that leaked all over the rims! All that on the rear seats and passenger side also! But wait there's more!!! Trunk! OMG I literally lost my shit when I opened my truck and it wasn't even touched! I paid $280 and they didn't even open it!!!! On my rear bumper there was a stain of sort from grease or oils, they advised me " we did everything's could! It wasn't coming off we even tried paint thinner!" WOW! PAINT THINNER! I literally lost it! I then called and advised them I will be dropping the car off tomorrow to be fixed! Before I decide to drop off the car in the morning I figured I'll give that stain on the rear bumper a shot. At my work I grab some general purpose cleaner and a rag walked out to my car sprayed 2 to 3 sprays of the general purpose cleaner on the stain started wiping it for a few seconds literally a few seconds and it went completely away not even a single trace of the stain. Later when I went to go drop off the car I told the owner... how could you have possibly tried everything you have an even tried to paint thinner on my car and could not remove the stain I told him what I did and he did not say anything back. I also went and showed him everything that was done incorrectly and that there was no attention to detail whatsoever he continued to say if you want we can do it if you want we can do it. This owner is absolutely unprofessional on all levels and should not own his own business until he figures his shit out. Honestly the job that they have performed I could've done myself just as well or if not better in my own home. The reason why I went to them was because of their Instagram account which shows outstanding performance however after my experience this is absolutely falsified information. These guys are not at all experienced or good at what they claim to be. I went there few weeks back for a small car scratch to be removed. They promised that 80% of it would be gone after some buffing. After 30 mins or so they brought my car from their workshop with just about 10 - 20% removal of the original scratch. I requested them to try again as the job is incomplete. But the guy said if you want us to try again you have to pay more. It was a classic case of over committing and under delivering. And even after under delivering, the guy was trying to get me into spending more money. My suggestion to the owner is that please focus on the quality of your work and money will follow but till then stop fooling people by your false promises. I went there after reading online reviews on various sites which I now believe are definitely fake. My suggestion to all is never visit these guys if you don't want to waste your time and money. read more

Took in my wife's 2015 Toyota Corolla and was satisfied with the service provided. The car was clean from every angle, inside and out. Worst! I paid $79+tax for 'Completely Spiffy' package and just got a car wash done. I bought a used car recently and the interior was a little dirty, there were minor stains on the seats. So I wanted to get the complete detailing done. I thought I got a nice deal from Groupon. The stains and all the 'dirtiness' did not go away at all. It looked like they did not even touch it. They even 'forgot' to clean some sections. I could easily spot the dust and pet hair. Engine was only half cleaned. There was another customer there complaining about his car too. Dropped my car 30 mins prior to my booked time, reconfirmed if still ok for a pick up with a male, promised yes ... result waited and waited, forced to take a taxi cab to pick up my car, before closing in 30 mins. 2. Unprofessional ... result same male falsely claimed he's the owner. 3. Arrived to pick up my car.... result another male was rude, then when I stated the facts, wanted a receipt, he asked if will claim on income tax and asked if I need a hug *my bonus he reimbursed my taxi fare 4. My interior was wet not damp wet, wet.... result same male who's reimbursed my tax fare told me to idle my car 20 mins with the heat on high, leave my windows down overnight *right took 2 days to dry 5. I found a groupon deal for Spiffy Auto Detailing and bought a package for $59.00 plus tax that I had to pay at the time of service. which was originally priced at $199.00. The package included Hand wash with interior and trunk vacuum, Rims cleaning and tire dressing and salt removal from the carpets. I got an appointment on a Friday late in the evening. I was told it would take 2 hrs for the job. I came back after 2 hrs and found that my car wasn't ready. I waited in their waiting room for 45 mins and then the car was brought out. I checked the car, it was washed well and interior cleaned reasonably well. But the salt still remained on the carpet mats(I paid extra for this). I opened the trunk it wasn't cleaned, I checked the rims they were still dirty and the tires were not dressed. I showed the owner what was not done, he told me to bring it back another day so he can do it as it was closing time. As I went to pay the tax amount, I was told that I have to pay by cash and cannot pay with my CC or else he will be charging me tax for it. When I questioned why is he charging me tax on a tax, I was told that is how they work. So I paid it in cash. I was very disappointed with the whole cleaning process. I wonder who would pay $199 for such a bad job...I felt it wasn't even worth the $59.00 I paid for with the coupon. Never again will I take my car to Spiffy. read more

I Bought a car detailing package through Groupon for a Mississauga detailing shop. When I called to book an appointment, they said the Mississauga location away under renovations and I would have to go to their Brampton location. (30 km out of my way) I booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance and when I arrived to my appointment they said I didn't have one and couldn't find the booking. Customer service was not very good and the next available time they had was a week and a half away. DO NOT bother with this Auto Detailer as their customer service is terrible and the Groupon stating Mississauga detailer is a lie. read more

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Seriously, anybody will do a better job at cleaning your car than these guys. This was the worse experience I have ever had from a business in Canada. Firstly, you take your car in and they WILL call you an hour into the job trying to up sell you on a more expensive service. This isn't a problem if the work is worth it. iT'S NOT. I took the bait an 'upgraded' to the Completely Spiffy because the car was dirty and really needed a clean, no worries. However, when I went to collect my car I looked over it and realized that 1. The tires were not cleaned or shined, 2. The hand wax and polish could never have occurred with water spots all over the car, 3. There were streaks all over the windows, 4. Worst of all, the trunk was NOT touched. This part annoyed me most, and when I asked the guy about it, he told me that they couldn't get it opened, so you call me to get more money, but couldn't call me to ask how to open the trunk? After I complained he said that they would clean it and I told him that I paid for the Completely Spiffy and I wanted everything that it entailed, So I had to go away and return, when I did they were closing and the guy I spoke to wasn't there and it was getting dark. The guy that handed me the keys said that the carpets were still 'damp' so I needed to leave the windows cracked overnight. So I took the car and went home. The next day I realized the windows were still streaky, and the car was NOT waxed or polished, hand or otherwise since water was not beading on the car, there was dirt in every door crease, dust in all the air vents, and the carpets were soaking wet. I had to leave my car completely opened for 2 days to get it dry as it was soaked thru to the floor and even the boards under the carpet in the trunk were soaking wet. I called the guys the next day they were opened since it was a Sunday and asked for the manager, Ryan came on and after I calmly explained what was wrong told me that I got a $200 job and I should be grateful since they don't usually clean the trunk, and if I wanted I could return the car the next day and they would clean the door crease since that would only take two minutes. When I asked what about the other issue, he began to shout and said that I got what I paid for ($200 for the Completely Spiffy). I did not take my car back because I sincerely doubt their ability to even clean a car to any sort of standard and so rather than waste my time I took a different approach. I paid 150 for extreme detailing; they kept the car for about three hours; however I paid before i took a look at the car and when i was getting into the seat i noticed they did not clean the carpet. I pointed this out to Jhonny the owner and he took the car back in. I asked him to look at the passenger side too. When they brought the car back i drove off and later on inspection at home I found that the passenger side carpet was not cleaned, body near the trunk area not cleaned. Also I suspect the car was not waxed as there were spots on the body; the mud guards and wheels were not cleaned. The engine was shampooed, but was still with dirt. I called Johnny back on Sunday and said bring it back, but I don't think I will go there again. They keep you out so when they take the car and tell you three hours it is not to do your car but the other cars in the shop, looking by the job they did on my AUDI A5. Buyer beware read more
