I did not have a pcd chosen because my last dental experience was horrible and I basically have been neglecting my teeth since that visit two years ago. I'm so happy that I choose Brighter Dental. My visit on Monday was quick and to the point. I did not wait long to be seen after arriving. My xray technician was so professional and pleasant. I believe her name is Camille. She was patient and I could tell that she wanted to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Lyons looked at my teeth and gave some recommendations. I was lucky enough to get an appointment for an extraction 2 days later. I was so nervous leading up to the procedure. I've had 3 prior extraction experiences. The two where I was awake were super painful and I was expecting it to be the same way. I was completely wrong. Dr. James Kang is the GOAT!!!. I felt nothing. He said my roots were very deep but again zero pain!! He has great bedside manners and I felt very at ease and comfortable during the entire procedure. I highly recommend the office to anyone in doubt.

But the dentist did an outstanding job. I healed fast too. I was surprised though that he didn't tell me to take an antibiotics afterwards, but no biggie as I hate that anyway. I am due back for another extraction soon. Their prices are a lot cheaper than other dentists too. The only 2 small things that could improve: The place needs a renovation. Every dentist office I've been to looks immaculate and renovated. They are still very strict with Covid rules, even temp checks. Kinda makes no sense as I have to remove my mask anyway once they start doing my dental work. If masks work than give customers the option if they wanna wear one or not. Lots of doctors offices stopped enforcing it at this point.

I chose a dentist close to me, and it was going OK for the first two years, with the same dentist every time, and then the revolving dentist door started, and they messed my tooth up so bad. I wish I never left Dr. Kubinak to be honest. But with arms wide open, Dr. Kubinak took me in right away ASAP, first appointment he could, and through two separate sessions, I got my tooth under control again. I AM SO GRATEFUL. Tooth pain is no joke. I completely felt taken care of in his hands, I trust him completely. A week later after the root canal (which btw was the most GENTLE root canal I've ever had), he said I might have some pain from all the work...but nothing at all! Just so very grateful for everything. And the entire staff is so kind and wonderful too. I should have never left!

Service hasn't degraded one bit! I've been mainly supported by Dr. Dhaliwhal but know of Dr. Gil for one visit I had in the past when Dr. D was out on vaca. They are both awesome AND Kristen, the front desk assistant is a pleasure to deal with. I've had fillings, cleanings, and x-rays done at this place and they get you in, do the work in a timely manner, and also make you feel comfortable the whole time. Good dentistry practice indeed. Also, there's a bad review in one of the below reviews but I have no clue who that Dr. that's mentioned in that post. The doc mentioned wasn't anyone I know from that practice. Weird that someone would post it. Anyhow, figured I'd point it out.

I got Invisalign through him and he has been more than helpful! I still have another year with the product. They are very understanding if you lose trays and other things like that. I have to give credit to the amazing staff and front desk too. They are so nice and accommodating and offer beverages and snacks. I never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room for my appointment. They send out emails to remind you of your appointments. Very clean place too. She was also very pleasant, answered all of my questions honestly, and made me very comfortable. Usually going to the dentist is an overwhelming thing for me, but everyone in the office really made me feel better. Even the hygienist (I forgot her name, but she took my xray photos) was super nice and answered my questions about the xrays. I ended up starting a 12 month plan with them. I paid $350 and thats covered my visit for that same day and also my next cleaning visit, plus I get 15% off future services -- like my fillings I am going back for in 2 weeks. If you have dental anxiety, I seriously couldn't recommend this office enough!!
