I called Smile Society and they were able to schedule me for 2 visits in the span of 4 days - 1 for an exam & 1 for the fillings. During my exam, they took detailed photos of my teeth & the cavities they saw. Dr. Singh pulled the photos up on a TV screen to show me exactly what we were looking at & formulate a plan for fillings. It helped me understand where issues were and what needed immediate attention. After my exam, they noted that I had an additional cleaning available through my insurance if I wanted to use it - and I did! I appreciated them pointing that out to me, otherwise I wouldn't have known. I was nervous about having cavities filled since I've never experienced it before. Dr. Singh answered all my questions, put my mind at ease, and I was in & out quickly. My cavities were small, so they didn't need to numb me with a needle. The procedure was PAINLESS! My experience was he was very gentle, professional and right to business. He had a busy office but gave me the time and attention I needed to make sure I understood the process. He replace the antibiotic my regular dentist put me on and within a day or so, I had reduction in swelling pressure and pain. The procedure went extremely well. Staff was attentive and friendly. BTW he had diverse ethnicity of staff so I do not understand that negative comment of him being a bigot. Although, when I told the office about the negative reviews and it was explained that they were left by a disgruntle employee and her friends. That was not my experience in the least. Within a short period of time, I was completely healed, pain free and extremely happy with Dr. Lochetto and his staff. Sneaky operations is not something I want in my dental office. In addition, oral photos are taken in hopes to get additional reimbursement from insurance companies. I inquired to the dental hygienist "what if the service is denied?" She said I would not be charged..... Insurance fraud anyone? The number one reason not to go here is that Dr. Kadiyala seems to only be interested in selling Invisalign and increasing profits then she is concerned about the well being of her patients. Both occasions for her 5 min quick check after our cleanings, she preceded to market Invisalign and showed no interest in the other aspects of dental care. We will not be returning to see Dr. K next year.
