I built a new home 2 years ago on Lake Freeman. We had demolished a older small home an I noticed…read moretermite damage on some of the old wood. Also we removed 4 large trees close to the build site. I expressed concern to Ajax that I needed a good preventive barrier applied to my foundation blocks. They agreed an treated my foundation inside the blocks an outside the block Wall also. Then they also treated the entire craw space area inside the block walls . After backfilling the outside of the block walls they came back and also treated the entire perimeter near the surface. I was present an watched an appreciated the work that was done with care. I truly believe my home now has a termite barrier that will prevent infestation. Jack LAHRMAN

During the removal process as they were working to remove the bats and walking on the joists, the bat took off and startled the tech who inadvertently stepped through the ceiling leaving a hole in it. He was completely apologetic and they instantly contacted a local contractor to fix the hole and are didn't even hesitate to pay for all of it. They even decided not to charge my parents for the bat removal. This is the sign of a truly great company that cares about their customers. Would highly recommend them.

Not only do they reply in the most timely manner, but they are so courteous and respectful as well. Extremely professional, introduced themselves, talked us through the process, gave us follow up instructions- everything. But, they also care. We have outdoor cats and I was genuinely afraid to place traps for fear they may get in them. They gentleman that helped us were very caring of our animals and promised to treat them well should that happen. They also ensured that, as long as it was possible, the animals caught would not be harmed. This was also very important to me. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. They are fantastic!

They were asked to "trim the trees" and remove deadwood from the river birches. Unfortunately, we…read morewere left with just the top of the trees! 25 years of growth ruined! I can not begin to express our disappointment in quality work, lack of communication, and ruining the shape of the 25 year old trees. They will never look the same again. (Credentials: My partner is a state certified aborist visiting from MA. Her opinion below) Birches are meant to be fully shaped! They didn't ask what the homeowner wanted and, when asked, disregarded the concern halfway through cutting all the way up the side of the trees. We had hired an expert and were left with poorly shaped trees and ruts in the yard from the bucket truck. Sadly, they will not take responsibility for either or offer to fix these oversights. They did not consult the homeowner or walk the property with her or ask what her priorities are. No regard for customers' desires. The foreman stated, "This is how the owner wants the trees to look." (The foreman shared that he worked for the state highway department. I have seen they often trim trees back to the trunk ) My partner, a professional state certified arborist, call for no more than 30% trimming and shared, "They were just lazy, and didn't want to climb to remove the proper braches. They should have consulted the customer." Is this the work you want from an expert? Now the trees will never be the same, The lower growth will NEVER COME BACK. Update: The customer, my mother, is so incredibly unhappy with the work and doesn't want to revisit how upset she is. Nothing can be done to fix the atrocities done to the trees, and she doesn't want to break down over the phone. I am speaking on what she can't bear to share: how ruined the trees were after signing a contract. You should be ashamed for taking advantage of the elderly with a contract missing industry standard language of "remove branches 2 in diameter" or "remove branches 10 ft and below."
