I live in Colwyn Bay just down the road and at one time used to visit this takeaway a fair bit. Not sure if it changed hands or something but the quality has dropped over the last few years. The food is edible, and they produce it quickly (not sure if that's good or bad) but it certainly wouldn't be my first choice. The establishment itself could do with a lick of paint and a clean.
