She told the cost was going to be between $350-$400. At the time, I didn't think much of it- all I wanted was really good cleaning. The day came to come and it was another one of her employees (I was expecting her since I wasn't told differently)with a young male (kid) who she later claimed to be her employee. After they finished the master bedrm, I went up there and noticed dust all over the furniture. When I asked if they cleaned that room yet, she said yes. So I questioned why there was dust everywhere on the furniture. Her response "Dust falls back on furtinute after you clean fans and blinds." Umm what?! They spent 5 hours in my home. A home that the owner knew was dusty, because I told her we just got the hardwood floors done. I also have a 3 floor home. A 2 person crew, was not going to work. A walk through was never done at the end of the service, so I never caught anything until it was too late. I contacted the owner and she initially said that she was sorry for Samantha's work and that she wants to correct. She made arrangements to come out to redo the job and than rescheduled. Same thing happened again. So she rescheduled twice. Less than 24 hours that she was suppose to reclean my home, I get a text from her saying "After looking over the pictures that my employees sent of your home, we decided that they did the job correctly." And blah blah blah basically. First off, I NEVER gave permission for anybody to take pictures of my home, secondly are you kidding me?! She is going off of pictures?? I could take those exact same ones, a month later, and still get the same picture. NONE of my windows were cleaned, my chandelier in the dinning room wasn't touched, there were several baseboards that were also not touched. If you look in those pictures, that was ironiaclly enough either not shown or at a distance. I just payed that company $400 and the OWNER is telling me she thinks the job was done correctly? This place is a joke. They take your money and run. There is nothing professional about them. They blocked me on Facebook so I couldn't leave a review- I'm assuming. Also, they changed their name to Expect Cleaning On Demand....DO NOT USE THEM. You will be out money and needing to reclean your home in days. Squeegee Squad cleaned our windows for the 3rd time in 5 years. Although we were very pleased with…read moretheir work the first 2 times, this experience was very disappointing. Two men came to our house to clean windows both inside and outside. They rushed because 1 worker had an appointment. They used their squeegee to quickly swipe the windows clean, but did not wipe the corners and window edges for greater detail. All of the windows showed smears at the very edges and corners. A quick detail wipe with a cloth would have wiped away those smears in less than a second on each window. Like detailing a car. The major disappointment was how they reinstalled the screens on each window. Seven screens were installed upside down or on the wrong windows. Two other screens were not cleaned or reinstalled. To explain, each window has two screens. One screen slides into a track on the other screen. The track holds both screens in place. The worker placed the screen with the track upside down on the window, so the track was in the wrong place for the second screen to slide into. The worker left the second window screen not secured and barely hanging in place. A simple breeze could have blown the improperly placed screen off the window, possibly damaging it from the fall to the ground. Four of the screens were for 2 upstairs windows. Two screens were on a ground floor window. We don't have a 2 story ladder, so we had to replace the upstairs screens in their proper locations by hanging out of the opened windows. We removed the misplaced screens leaning out of the open windows. Placed them properly. Then slide the correct screen onto the track, hanging onto each screen, hoping that it didn't drop 20 feet to the ground. Six screens removed and replaced. Another large screen on the first floor was placed upside down. The workers HAD to SEE that they installed the screens incorrectly, but did they bother to tell us? The screens were hanging from the corners of the windows with large gaps of several inches between the screen and the bottom of the windows. Two screens on our basement windows were not reinstalled at all ~ not cleaned either. They were just left on the floor inside the house. When I left a message on their answering machine that the windows should have had additional details and that screens were improperly installed, I received a scolding message that I should have left them for the workers to install properly probably on the following day. The screens on the upstairs windows could have blown off that evening and been damaged by the fall. I didn't need the scolding. Squeegee Squad gave a $25 discount, but may have lost a customer.
