Because we were wanting cleaning services before moving anything into the house, Jessica quickly and conveniently met with us for an initial walkthrough. She was very friendly and had a keen eye--she noticed things I didn't and pointed them out. As soon as my spouse saw Jessica's work, my spouse texted me, "you'll never believe how spotless the house is!" We're very pleased with choosing Jessica. Not only do we recommend her, we're continuing our services with her as soon as we fully move in. Finally, Jessica's pricing is exceedingly reasonable and very affordable--especially when you consider the quality of her work. At all times, Jessica was clear, communicative, and flexible for our needs. Our little family highly recommends Jessica for your cleaning needs.

I paid for a 2 hour clean but cleaners sped through and were done in 1.5 hours. Didn't make the beds, stopped taking the extra steps. I called in to cancel my clean and complained. Jen said I switched my schedule around too much and didn't seem to care. To be fair, I did switch my schedule around this summer because of travel, but otherwise I was pretty steady. She made me feel like I was a hassle and was glad to see me go. As a business owner myself I was rather surprised at how much she did not care during our conversation. So be it, but I won't be recommending this place.

I would suggest finding a different cleaning service if you don't want to fight them like we have.

IWouldn't you have thought this was already figured out when she promised to do a regularly scheduled cleaning service? I was very disappointed of course. The unprofessional behavior and uncaring attitude is too much. We are people too and our lives matter just as much.
