I really liked the dresses she chose for the girls. There wasn't any music playing the entire time that we were there which made it very awkward when the other woman, I'm assuming the manager, yelled at her for walking by too many times. There was also an instance where she took something out of a fitting-room that the blonde one started for another shopper. I usually don't bother with reviews but this was one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences any of us have ever had.

Now, everything is ridiculously over priced! I went a couple of weekends ago and every single item I looked at was at least $100. For what? The items are super trendy, so they go out of style fast. The quality is also poor- cheap materials that will not last. I'm upset as I used to love this place, but it has continued to decline. I suggest you save your money and shop elsewhere

I browsed around for a while to see if someone would eventually ask if I needed help, but no one did. There were two white women shopping in the store, and I noticed the employees were actively assisting them. I'm African American, and I was standing nearby browsing on my own. There was also another gentleman who was assisting one of the customers, and at no point did anyone step away for even a moment to acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. I understand employees may be helping other customers, but a simple "Hi, we'll be with you shortly" goes a long way. As a African American customer, being the only person in the store who wasn't acknowledged while white customers were being assisted made me uncomfortable and left me questioning why I was treated differently. I ultimately left without purchasing anything. Customer service and making every customer feel welcome matters, and unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed during my visit.
