We loved working with B&B. Good fair price, though still a good chunk of money but we're happy to pay fairly for good service. Other companies we called said they couldn't get to us for weeks and seemed to snub us for the small job - the manager/owner of B&B answered personally right away, treated us with great respect despite our small job (the key of any business!), followed through sending us a quote the next day exactly as they said. Came just days later (after a weekend in between) with super fresh sod, and installed it wonderfully - we didn't even need to be home. Only had to cut out a few holes in it ourselves to get our sprinklers through but they did a great job sizing it the rest of the way. Weeks later we've got the best looking grassy curb strip on the block. Only suggestion would be to have them include some kind of care instructions - we looked it up online somewhere else to make sure we watered it properly but would've been nice to have a little guidance there. Nothing that wouldn't make us refer friends to them or hire them again. Great service, easy and pleasant to work with.

I needed a new low maintenance yard since the house was going to be occupied by my son and 3 other college boys. It was like he read my mind. Remove a couple trees, remove all old sod and top soil, remove old sprinkler systems... Build a French drain over here, add a rock wall over there, add drip lines in the new mulched areas, add liner and Chad in the gaming areas, add new sprinkler lines, quality top soil and sod... We shook hands and agreed on a price and a tight time frame. I needed him done by August 8 when the kids return to school. He was able to move a couple clients around (sorry if that was you) and he already got it done!!!!! Best part is he installed a new wi-fi sprinkler controller, programmed it, and set it up on my sons phone! Easy peasy! I'll definitely use Frankie and SLC Scapes on my next house!
