I have always had exceptional service, the doctors are always incredible, have great bed side manner. I also have brought my children and the staff has always been so patient with them. The offer many services from dental, mental health and to a wide variety of ages. They offer assistance to those who need it or are without insurance. I have never used it but have met patients in the waiting room who thrived about how easy and smooth the process was. They also told me what a breathe of fresh air it was to know they are getting great treatment without worrying about how they are going to be able to pay for the services. I wish there were more locations in my area besides dental as I would be going to Compass more often.

I needed a medical doctor to help me with my obesity, and overall health. She has been helping me with that and other issues. She even shared with me her own struggles with weight, which helped me to not be embarrassed about my situation. Dr. Lableu felt like a friend right away. She actually listened to my concerns and took ample time to ask me questions about my overall health. She loves what she does(that is the first thing I noticed), and is always upbeat. I love that about her. She has partnered with another qualified doctor (Dr. Kenneth), and well, you feel the warmth and kindness as soon as you enter their office. They laughed a lot during the evaluation. When I asked Dr Vo why she didn't charge money, she said she has an 87 years old mother too. We left with the Harris County Guardianship recommendation in our hands. We are very grateful for the experience.

The testing professional (not Dr. Vo) was wonderful and great with my child. A preliminary report was provided and we were informed that the final report would be ready in two weeks . It has now been over two months and Dr. Vo is withholding my daughter's testing results because the insurance company is asking for additional documentation and records. My copays have been paid t the office. I am not able to update my daughter's 504 plan at her school or provide these records to her other providers. Her testing records are being held hostage simply because this provider did not do their due diligence in verifying benefits. This is the worst provider experience I have ever had and this I have made an official complaint to eh BHEC.

Today I asked for…read moreadvises, for ways to fix my differences with husband but she told us she doesn't know anything about it. Instead she ask you to read a book. At the end she was tired of us and even told us why are we together. The most rude counselor ever, the three sessions we have she took the first 10 minutes completing her paper work, and at the 45 minutes , well time is up bye. Of course I will complaint with EAP. waste of time. Doesn't deserve not even one sorry star.
