The guards they installed are top of the line mesh. The team that did the install were polite and professional, all the way down to leaf blowing the work area to leave it cleaner than they found it. In addition to that they did minor repairs to the gutters (caulking/sealing) at no additional charge. Thank you for a great job!

When they finally did decide to show up it was with day laborers to boot who were being trained on our roof! They failed to tell us that when they put the roof on. This job looked horrible. They used short cuts for end pieces by just bending other pieces, They nailed metal end pieces on top of the wood shingles instated of underneath them. They came and went without even letting us know if and when they would be back to finish. They advertise on their website that they are authorized installers for Union Corrugated metal roofs and when we called the company because th.e job was so bad the manufacturer told us they were not authorized to sell and install their product. When the owner of the company came out to look at the work made us feel like we were being a difficult customer until he informed us it wasn't Union Corrugated at all. Than his attitude changed real fast. They used Fabral when the contract we signed listed Union Corrugated would be used. (breach of contract). They finally came back out with his commercial workers to re-install the roof but it still looks like crap. This was a $15,000 lesson learned the hard way. They also tried to force us to pay the balance before the job was even finished. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this company for roofing.

This lawncare company zooms around on their zero…read moreturn mowers without regard for the neighbors of their clients since they mow at great speed over the rock landscaping in the yards they mow. This company broke two vehicle windshields of mine. The first time was last October. Josh initially apologized and said his wife would call to take care of it. That was a lie because she never called. When I finally managed to catch her on the phone, she refused to submit my claim because she didn't want her insurance rates to go up. Moreover, her local insurance agent never called me back either. When they broke my windshield again this April, Josh was verbally abusive and called me crazy. The home owner apologized for Josh's behavior. However, once again, the local insurance agent never called me back--he was always in a meeting and would call back. LIES! I had to report my loss to the National office of his insurance company and am still trying to fully resolve my claim. Choose a different lawn company that actually cares about their clients and is professional and responsible.
