I have…read moreknown the owner of this shop since I was a kid and went to school with both of his children so taking the car to this shop was an obvious choice. After three weeks of having it, towing it to the dealership without my permission, then telling me it was going to be a $3000 repair, I was trying to get my car back and to pay them for the work they had done diagnosing and the labour costs but intended on taking it to another shop for a second opinion. Instead, I got screamed at by two grown men and the cops called on me because I refused to leave before knowing when I would have my car back (keep in mind, I was 17 and 5'2" at the time) . I ended up selling the car for LESS THAN HALF of what I bought it for to compensate for what I thought would be a big repair for the new owner. Turns out, the new owner fixed it in less than a week for $35!!!!! Not only did I lose over $3000 in the process from shop fees to selling it, I no longer feel comfortable or SAFE going to the adjacent gas station. I wish I could give this shop no stars. If you want to walk away with all your time, money, and tears, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I went a week before the appointment to ask for the price of an oil/filter change and the person…read moretold me around 70$ with normal oil. We discuss the best type of oil (normal versus synthetic) and the guy told me found the normal one was maybe a better deal after all. So I took the appointment and he note "regular oil". The week after, I went for my appointment, it took 1:15 to change my oil and at the end ask me to pay 124$ FOR AND OIL CHANGE!!!!! Because they put synthetic oil in my car and never ask what I want or check the appointment... I was very unhappy about that! They charge me 76$ of synthetic oil?!!?!! Won't go back at this garage again!!
