With no other option, I contacted Hall's Pump & Well Services, a company with the staffing and resources to provide prompt service. They arrived at my home within the hour and resolved the issue. While I believe Waterboy has good intentions, their lack of post-sale customer support is a serious concern. Unfortunately, I lost the manufacturer's warranty coverage, as it is only valid if service is performed by the original installer. Based on this experience, I would recommend working with a larger, more professional company that can provide reliable service and support when it matters most.

Well they left and it started losing pressure again. I called Patrick back and he came right back. Found out it was the tank he said they could fix it tomorrow. . .Saturday. Brian called me from the office and said it would be tonight, thinking wow this is very nice. 5 guys showed up were so nice and had the job done in less than 10 minutes.
