I told driver my exact location of my car which was in my driveway and exact color and model of car. As I was arriving the tow truck called me and I had told the driver I see him parked in my drive way and I am pulling up. He did not respond on the phone but instead hung up on me and drove off. As he was driving off I was out side of my car that needed towing waving at him which he had clearly seen me because I looked him directly in the eyes. I immediately called the driver and he told me aggressively that his company does not offer the service I needed... which was a tow... I thought this company specialized in towing... Had to call another tow company and the soonest one was backed up for 2 hrs. By then the mechanical shop I needed to go to had closed. This company is fraudulent. They thought they could get a contract to tow a vehicle with out actually doing the work. Save your self time and avoid this company at all costs. Also filed complaint with the BBB.
